I have stayed at this hotel for the third year for ballroom dance event, and every year, it gets worse. I am a local but I still chose to stay at the venue of the event for convenience. Supposedly there had been renovation of "restaurants" which is really a sandwich stand in the lobby and a conference room on the... More

This hotel offers good accommodation. The beds are importable. However, there's nothing outstanding about the hotel. It's sufficient fo a good nights sleep. All else is basic in this humongous fifteen story hotel.

The room was very nice, but the hotel is in the middle of being remodeled and there is limited food available. Fortunately there were a few places to eat within walking distance. The only breakfast available was a limited buffet for $21. The other thing that really irritated me was they charged a $200 deposit in case we charged anything... More

Was really nice and the staff was very helpful. This hotel is under renovations, but once completed, it is going to be great! Close to many attractions. Some of the rooms have actual balconies with views of the city at night. Definitely will be back.

We were staying at this hotel for a dance convention/competition this summer. They are in the process of a huge renovation!! The front desk staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Although, they did seem to be a little under-staffed and overwhelmed by the number of people checking in. I thought they should have been more prepared with staff for check-in.... More

Stayed at the Hotel Irvine due to a big client meeting. have to say the hotel is simply awful. Its $300+/night, the gym is a room in the 12th floor with a couple of machines and some free weights thrown on the balcony, the lobby is old and bland, the restaurant on the 12th floor is a joke, looks like... Got a good room last week at this hotel. I was situated in the 6th floor. My rate was all inclusive so it was convenient and fair priced. However the room needed renovations. Furniture had dings everywhere, bathroom looked aged, fitness room was below par - albeit they said this was a temporary room since they are renovating the actual... More

Free comfortable hotel airport shuttle every half hour with safe & courteous driver. Check-in staff [notably Usman] very helpful & efficient; room 605 recently 'upgraded' however presently overlooks noisy construction site. Room--Bed extremely comfortable; outstanding, friendly maid service; quality towels & linens. Low sink tap water pressure & slow draining sink. Someone attempted to clear drain but it remained slow.... More
