Wonderfull getaway. Spent 5 days and never got bored. 1 hour from SF and 1/2 hour to beautiful beaches in Point Reyes National Seashore. B&B was perfect retreat center for our stay. Cheese, crackers and wine in the evening along with homemade cookies. Wonderful big breakfast every morning and very accommodating for dietary needs. Laura bakes something amazing for every... More

Inverness, CA and Pt Reyes National Seashore border each other and offer a myriad of hiking, biking, dining and extravagant scenery within a national park treasure. As we arrived at the Inn we entered a sumptuous living room and were greeted by an Innkeeper who hurriedly rushed us to our room.Clean, cozy and set among Douglas Firs and Redwoods it... More

Great room (1skyroom) with a quirky bathroom (blue sink and tub). You can tell it's been upgraded though. The bed could have been a little more comfy but it was a great room for a night with pleasant decor. The breakfast was delicious!! Totally recommend and will return!

Among the many things to like about this little gem is the way that Alex and Laura quietly host their guests, including providing complimentary wine and cheese in the early evening and home made cookies in the afternoon. These things, along with excellent housekeeping and healthy but filling breakfasts, just seem to happen without you being aware of Alex and... More

Stayed for one night in May celebrating our wedding anniversary. Great room, fantastic breakfast and welcoming hosts. Would definitely go back. Great place to explore Pt Reyes and view the elephant seals

We went to do some hiking in the Point Reyes area and decided to stay at Ten Inverness Way. The hotel was full on the Friday and Sunday, so we only managed to get a one night stay on a Saturday. We booked the First Valley room which is really comfortable, bright, airy and overlooks the garden. The B&B is... More

Alex and Laura are truly perfect hosts - from the 5 star breakfasts - fresh and local everything, delectable baked goods, artwork omelettes - to the scent of the linens; this place is heaven. The rooms are lovely, the beds are just right; everything defines quiet elegance. In the morning, the resident hummingbird cheerily greets you at the bathroom window.... More

What a happy surprise. The young new owners who have been running the inn for the last year have done a very nice job. The food is wonderful and simple without being over the top. The rooms were just as pictured on their website, The bed big was comfortable and the White linens cozy. The house is warm and charming... More

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in April. It is a very pleasant, relaxing B&B on a quiet street, next to the very quaint local library. Spacious, comfortable common area and nice garden area for sitting. Inverness is very small, but a good place to use as a base for exploring the Point Reyes National Seashore and... More

Wow. Just stayed at this beautiful B&B in Inverness on the Point Reyes peninsula. Alex and Laura are the perfect hosts. There when you need them and not seen or heard when you don't. We stayed in room no.1. Very tastefully decorated with one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Breakfast is amazing. We stayed 3 nights... More
