This B&B is a great base for exploring the magnificent Point Reyes nature reserve. There is a lovely large first floor common room with lots of sofas, books etc and a roaring fire. Breakfast is served at tables to one side, and Terri provides an excellent cooked meal. She also offers home baked cookies at tea time, and puts out... More

We are delighted these guests enjoyed their visit and, most importantly, their time in the Point Reyes National Seashore. For clarification purposes, as represented on our website, all guest rooms have Serta Perfect Sleeper queensize beds. More

Have stayed at 10 Inverness Way four times. Very attractive garden and surroundings. Very quiet and peaceful. Immaculate. Convenient to Point Reyes. Room had good reading lights. Terri (proprietess) has always been friendly and helpful. The price is a great value - an absolute bargain, especially when comparing to establishments in the wine country and Monterey County. Will stay there... More

For our 45th wedding anniversary we decided to stay in Pt. Reyes and chose Ten Inverness Way. We were a little wary of a B&B, since we had not had, in the past, very good luck with that type of lodging. Well....it was great! Terri is a wonderful hostess, the room was delightful, the lodge was well appointed, the breakfast... More

I'm remiss in writing this review - I meant to do it last Fall and time got away from me. I wanted to find a quiet place in an area of California that I have always loved. It's location is perfect for exploring the Point Reyes National Seashore and funky Bolinas. I stayed in the White Gate Room and I... More

Ten Inverness Way is a comfortable, cozy and very welcoming bed and breakfast in Inverness. My husband and I stayed for two nights over the Mother's Day Weekend. Terri, the proprieter, and her staff make people feel as if they are visiting with good friends. The warm atmosphere is enhanced by homemade cookies and a cup of tea in the... More

Quiet street, living room full of books, comfy couches around the fireplace. Our group met there, coming from all over the country, and it allowed us to sit and visit, enjoy marvelous breakfasts and explore the area. Lot of great walks and hikes and Terri, the proprietress, can give you good recommendations. We lucked out with beautiful weather that made... More

My husband and I have just returned from our 3d visit to our favorite B&B in Point Reyes National Seashore. There are 5 rooms, each decorated in soothing colors, and a lovely back patio surrounded by a garden. The large front room is so comfortable with a fireplace and cozy sofas for reading or chatting with other guests. There are... More

What a great way to spend a couple of days at one of the most beautiful places on earth (Point Reyes)! Terri is an amazing host, we almost forgot that we were actually just customers, and not friends staying over. The whole Inn also reflects this feeling, we had wonderful evenings sitting near the fireplace and chatting with the other... More

My husband and I stayed two nights at this terrific bed and breakfast. The bedroom we had was cheery and inviting, and we were especially impressed with the bathroom which included a stunning robin’s egg blue sink and tub set. Teri, the proprietress, is friendly and chock full of information about the area, which was helpful to us as we... More

My husband and I stayed at Ten Inverness Way for two nights in mid-December and we had a great time. The town is small and very pleasant. The B&B is just one street off the bay where we saw various waterfowls gathering during dusk. From the B&B, we could reach the various attractions of Point Reyes easily. Our room is... More
