We were traveling with another couple and enjoyed a night at this Bed and Breakfast. It was very cozy, comfortable, clean and much quieter than expected, being an old house with bedrooms close together. The hospitality was wonderful with helpful hints regarding sight seeing in the area. The living room - dinning area is bright with a warm feeling of... More

the house is over 100 years old and was built as a residence. It is lovely. Full of charme and with a warm and inviting atmosphere. We had great conversation with other guests and the host. A truly enjoyable experience! The rooms are small and dated but adequate. The surroundings are blissful. A very nice experience, indeed. More

We recently spent the New Year weekend at 10 Inverness and were glad we did. Yes its a bit "cozy" and a bit noisy....the sound does carry from the common room directly below the rooms....but it all seemed part of the charm. We felt we were guests in a large old family home occupied by various generations which was appropriately... More

Teri's place is gorgeous, and my husband and I loved our 3 nights there. We met and married in California, and returned for our 25th anniversary. Point Reyes has always been special for us. Next time, we'll come for a week! More

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Ten Inverness Way B&B. Teri, the innkeeper, couldn't have been more helpful, more kind and a more interesting person with whom to converse. The village of Point Reyes Station was a wonderful place to shop and walk around, and the entire Point Reyes area is a highly recommended place to... More

Really liked this place.... Very convient to point reyes station and seashore.... Fantastic breakfast and excellent recommendations on restaurants and hikes. Wine and cheese each night.... Huge community room with tons of books, etc.... If weather got bad, you could snuggle up and read... I followed previous recommendations from this board and was very satisfied... We stayed in the white... More

Teri makes her guests feel welcome right from the start, with a plate of cookies and the tea kettle and tea service ready and waiting. Then, at 5:30 wine, and cheese and crackers are laid out. Breakfast was special, with caramel creme french toast one morning and cheesy eggs and cornbread the next. My husband enjoying playing the classical guitar... More

My son and I went to Point Reyes National Seashore in person to search the area for an attractive Bed and Breakfast for our family reunion. By the end of the day 10 Inverness Way won far above all others. We booked the two large rooms a month in advance. Each room was spacious, inviting just lounging there between hikes... More

Ten Inverness Way made our stay in Point Reyes absolutely memorable. Everything was perfect : location, room, decor, breakfast, hospitality. Teri, the host, made us feel like visiting friends. She was warm, welcoming and full of great suggestions for how to make the best of our hiking experience in this nature paradise. We can’t wait to return. HIGHLY recommended! More

Ten Inverness Way is a lovely, romantic inn. It's a social, friendly inn where guests eat breakfast together and knit scarfs and read the paper in the living room. A perfect location for exploring the coast, and eating amazing local food. Terri is the sweetest! I would highly recommend this spot for a romantic getaway! The rooms are small, and... More
