WORST SERVICE EVER. The only reason you could be considering this place is because you're desperate. My advice is to spend the extra money on a hotel and uber to where you wanna go, or to get to this place early and claim a bed. I've been to more than 10 different hostels and this is by far the worst... More

I don't typically write reviews. In fact, I usually am hesitant to even read reviews because I think sometimes people like to exaggerate. Well, trust me on this, you do NOT want to stay at this place (regardless of "deal" you are getting. I got there and there were two front desk workers. One person in each line when I... More

We stayed here for five days and each one was terrible. The managers hang up on customers, front desk women are completely rude. This place is a disgrace to the word suites. We had to switch rooms 3 times, our toilet didn't work, stains all over the carpets, managers smoking in their offices. Its a down right nasty place I... More

This place is a joke. I booked on line. I needed a place near the airport and everything else was booked. It was advertised as a hotel. It is not a hotel, but a hostel. It is dirty, the front check staff beyond rude. Dis organized. No parking. Loud music. Shower didn't drain, water was yellow and smelled bad, This... More

It's better to stay camping at a landfill better than this hotel. After we paid $135.00.We decide not to stay and lose the money. The door doesn't lock, when we walked in the rats and roaches ran in the corners of the room, the blanket wasn't clean, windows broken, dirty and broken toilets, cable hanging everywhere, the parking was blocked for hours, loud music, and people drinking by your door.

Not very nice in many ways. The pool and the pool area was not very clean, the people around there, I suppose we're guests, were not nice looking. Too much drinking and shenanigans going on in the pool area and the employees were smoking a lot and drinking too. The lobby was horribly hot, and the AC in the room... More

We planned a vacation and needed parking near LAX. A website called airportparking.com listed several options, and this hotel was one of them. Their price was great. Now we know why. We arrived to what I can only call a bad youth hostel combined with a fleabag motel! It was dirty with drunk people passed out in the lobby (and... More

Do NOT stay here!! This is not a family friendly place. They have loud music playing all night long in the outside bar area and the houses directly behind the hotel party all night!!! The carpets are gross the bathroom tub clogs with water. The parking is a joke. They double park everyone. When we were leaving a couple had... More
