Didn't have my room with 2 beds I reserved, wanted my kid to sleep on the sofa with no bedding. the bedspread had sex lotion on it in a large area, and was told to just set it aside. refused to refund my room even when I didn't stay for the two nights .

When I booked my flight, united actually recommended this place. Well, it wasn't as bad as some of these reviews BUT it wasn't great. It was a cheap room and better than spending your layover at the airport. The free shuttle never showed at the airport though. It's a real jungle at LAX looking for the shuttles, this one has... This hotel was a good deal as we only needed a place to sleep for our 8 hour layover. They have a free 24 hour shuttle which was good for us, and the service people were quite friendly. I just felt the hotel is a bit old and ghetto, but that is the price we paid for a cheap hotel.... More

Booked this hotel on Expedia, thought it should be ok just to hold 12 people on a pass through La. I couldn't have been more wrong. This hotel, which i say loosely is a joke. Please don't waste your money, your time or your sanity on this place. We arrived after a full day travelling with the oldest in out... More

The horror starts with the beaten up pick up van with torn up seats and broken back door that we thought our suitcases were going to fall out of. Upon arrival noticed this is also a backpackers hostel. Lobby full of old, dirty couches on old dirty rug. So scarey and dirty we asked to see a room before checking... More

The hotel is very noisy. The breakfast is like inexistant and plates were dirty. Very small parking. The pictures we saw on the website is NOT the... More

Please save your money and add a few dollars, go elsewhere. There are no refunds, this place don't deserve to be in business. This is worst then a hostel, absolutely dirty, this is a place someone would bring a drug addict or woe to. The room was changed three times and all was were bad. Upgraded to a cottage, which... If you're looking for swanky suites this isn't the place. The property is older although some rooms are renovated many show their age. However the value is AMAZING!! Keep in mind this property is also a HOSTEL but suites & private bungalows are available at ridiculously inexpensive rates. Big plus there's a poolside bar open till 10pm or so... There's also... The people were very nice, there was a whole bunch of free stuff and the rooms were very clean. However, the parking was scary since it was hard to find a parking spots and our family hardly ever found a place to park. For the parking, if you park in a place that blocks others, the staff will call you... More
