First of all, four of the young girls working here are rude af with bad customer service. Need new staff. The parking is terrible..all those rooms and no space to park. Also trying to check in is a nightmare if you drive because you get blocked in the tiny driveway. I saw a huge dead roach lying on the floor right... More

First, it's NOT a hotel. It's a hostel. Parking was crammed, the facilities were ratchet, the room was grungy, there was urine still in the toilet, and the window was permanently cracked (in January).

They charged the registering Card twice. Both charges are under dispute. Very dirty, lice of pigeons. It was the worst night in my life , it was a very dirty hotel . I was really shocked of everything , everybody is drunk , many people are smoking drugs , and so many prostitutes all over the place . It was... More

I had the misfortune of a delayed flight from Vegas so Delta give me a hotel voucher for the night. Must admit was a bit apprehensive when at 2 am in the morning a shuttle bus arrives and the driver convinces me to go to this hotel rather than the one listed on the voucher. Arrived at the hotel and... More

I booked my room early and upon showing up that night was told they sold out but would take us to their "sister hotel". The Tradewinds was very busy with backpackers and very active young singles, so we were ok going to the other hotel. The other place was called American or something, but was small and ok. The areas... More

The place was a mess and had people wandering around who were dishevelled and dirty including one guy who kept turning the shared area TV to full volume then walking away. The rooms were in poor condition. I went to dinner and came back and a large man in jeans and t-shirt started harassing me, asking to see my ID... More

The building is old, but in decent shape. The atmosphere is great so long as you are comfortable in a hostel-like atmosphere. Friendly, welcoming place. Diverse group is guests. Safe. Nice pool. Convenient to airport. Big room, but nothing fancy.

the hostel is pretty rundown but has a all year round heated pool, poolside bar with games, wifi around the area. alcohol is cheap and they offer free food between 6pm & 7pm. the rooms were big and cleanliness was fine, beds were fine. Staff were enthusiastic and helpful, price is awesome. If you're young/ on a budget book a... More
