I reserved a room online. Before I clicked the reserve button, I called to verify that I would be getting a single room. The answer was yes. Thank goodness I called before my flight left for LA. I found out that I was put in a 20 room shared dorm. I said that that was incorrect. The woman asked what... more

I chose this hotel to stay in on my last night in LA after spending 10 weeks travelling around the U.S. as it was well priced and close to the airport for an early morning flight. Upon arriving at the hotel I was greeted by a few of the hotel staff who showed me to my room and told me... more

"This must be joke." The first thing we thought. on the outside, it looked like a school for clowns. You wouldn't be able to tell it was a hotel. There were all sorts of flys all around the front. It was just so disgusting. I booked online for my parents, brother & i. I hated this hotel The music was never... more

I was so disappointed with this hotel during my stay. 1. The hotel’s address was incorrectly listed on entertainment.com which I used. It made me to spend 2 hours to find the hotel. 2. The room I stayed was just above the hotel’s bar and I couldn’t fall in sleep until the load music stopped. The bar opens every night... more

This was the nastiest hotel I have ever seen. Not only is it filthy, stinky and in a bad neighborhood...but the lock on the door did not work. Believe me...this is not the kind of place you want a faulty lock. I checked in and out in about 10 minutes. No one who worked there seemed to care one way... more

Booked through TravelWorm because it was cheap, close to LAX and offered a free shuttle. When our friends dropped us off and we got a glimpse of the hotel, our first thought was "we're going to die tonight". However, it was cheap, we had already booked it and we were only looking to catch about 5 hours of sleep before... more

This was the worst hotel I have ever visited. From the moment you walk in the door you realize you have just stepped into hell! My friend and I checked in regardless of all the red flags we noticed not to and immediatly upon entering the room we smelled mold and saw spiders and wanted to puke. We told them... more

I would not recommend this hotel. The rooms are really nice, and you think that would be enough, but it wasn't. The people working at the hotel were rude, the people staying at the hotel were rude. They were up until 3/4 in the morning, and you could hear everything. I wanted to go home early just because of this... more

This is the most pathetic hotel in the entire world. The guy who sits on the front desk is the most ill behaved guy I have ever seen. If you want to spoil your vacation then only choose this hotel. more

Labour day weekend, United Airlines from Sydney to LAX landed on time, at 1015 am, through passportport control and customs with no lost baggage, phoned the hotel for the shuttle on the free coutesy phone in the arrivals hall (the number is given as the backpacker hotel) and waited under the red sign for - oh - all of 2... more
