I ended up not staying and here's why... In booking a room for the Coachella festival, the owner/manager of Quality Inn cancelled my 3 night reservation when I didn't show up the first night, stating he never received notice from Hotels.com that I only wanted to cancel the first night. That's fair enough, but then I witnessed him lie over... more

We stayed here for Coachella 09. It was a quick 15 minutes to the festival - great location. A little pricey, but all hotels get pricey during festival time. Good breakfast, good rooms. No complaints. more

Good things about hotel = very close to highway (the I-10) and rooms faced inward so doors not open to the outside - felt safer. They still allow smoking in the hotel so be very sure to ask for a non smoking room. It was around $90 and we stayed only one night (weary from the road). The breakfast in... more

My friends and I stayed at the Quality Inn in Indio, CA for two nights in the month of April for Stagecoach. It was close to the Show which was nice but other than the location I have nothing nice to stay about the hotel. The hotel was very pricey and had extra hidden fees. They charge a $1.50 per... more

From the past reviews of this hotel, i was a bit weary but i couldnt beat the price and location of this hotel so i decided to trust the name and gave it a shot anyway... The outside of the Quality Inn isnt much to look at (the parking lot could use a re-paving) But I was always taught that... more

Great value for under $90 per night. Certainly not in a plush area, but not paying plush prices either. The room was clean, spacious, and up to date. The bed was very comfortable. It was convenient to the 10 but very quiet. The breakfast was adequate. Very close to anything you would want to do. One downside. The wireless internet... more

When we arrived at the Quality Inn in Indio we noticed it looked a bit shabby outside but we had driven a long way and we had already reserved so we stayed there. That was a mistake. On the positive side, our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and there was access to wireless internet. However, the whole hotel... more

Our family of four (2 children ages 4 and 1 1/2 years) had to stay at this hotel from Phoenix and we were traveling en route to Santa Barbara to visit family. It was close to the highway and since we would be arriving close to midnight we wanted to make sure that someone will be at the front desk... more
