Listed in their handbook as one of their top properties. Shabby and the first place I ever stayed that doesn't offer tea bags!! Woman at desk said they get many complaints about that but owner won't buy them. Stayed at their top ranked hotel in Las Cruzes NM and it was beautiful. This is ranked the same amount of stars... This hotel is a shabby property with little evidence of routine maintenance. Among other problems, the ceiling light inside the door malfunctioned and turned itself on repeatedly throughout the entire night. A call to the front desk gave no help, and there was no rate reduction after a truly miserable night. The coffee pot hadn't been cleaned since the last... More

Very old and worn on the outside ... not much better on the inside. The toilet leaked and the water ran under the wall and soaked the carpet on the left side of the bed throughout the night. Fortunately, it was the clean water from the fill valve, so no smell or other unsightly materials. Had an old tube TV... More

Priceline now has middlemen reserving rooms through them. I used budgetinn.com which uses priceline. We got a room, we checked the room out, the toilet did not work, the sink did not work, and the wifi did not work. The owner/front desk told us to keep waiting a plumber will come to fix it. An hour went by, no plumber... More

We booked this hotel through hotwire on January 18th 2014. It was the only hotel left on hotwire in Indio. The check-in took forever and gave us a clue what we were in for. The elderly man at the check-in desk wanted my credit card and I reluctantly gave it to him as this is normally done to cover room... More

I have stayed here multiple times over the years and this last trip was the final straw! I have never been a fan of their free continental breakfast (very very basic) and usually only stay for the reasonable price. However, this visit, it started with the wet molding smell of the carpet from the leaking ice machine had a pungent... More

The rooms are large, have frig and micro. This is an old property and shows the hard use it's had. The staff was helpful. Hot water took a long time to get hot. Such a waste of water in the desert. Parking is free and the price good for the area. Loved the fragrant roses along the sidewalk. Not for... More

The room was spacious and clean, but. . .there was a motion sensor that turned the light on in the room. I was staying with my dogs and any time they would stir on the bed or even if I sat up in bed the light in the room would go off. . . really aggravating. Then the shower. .... More

Dirty and rude staff. The hallways always smell like smoke, and you can hear literally every foot step from the rooms above. The internet almost never works. Shower temperature fluctuated constantly from ice cold to scolding hot. There are much better and cheaper options. Just avoid this place!
