Room was nice but no carpeting and cold floors. Thank God we had brought our slippers. Close to Fantasy Springs Casino where we were spending our afternoons and evenings playing bingo. Breakfast was great. We love the biscuits and gravy. We were right across from the ice machine so we were awakened before daylight every morning by people filling their... More

My wife and I stayed here on Christmas Eve into Christmas morning. When we arrived in the early evening, the place was nearly empty, but it was packed by the morning. No matter how many people were checking in, or asking questions, the staff was always extremely helpful, and made sure there was never a long line at the front... More

This hotel chain is usually very good to excellent but this property is approaching some in-room rehab. The Staff was very nice, the breakfast (hot) good. The not-adjacent-to-restaurants location not great, especially for motorcyclist who want to quit driving when into-hotel property. For the $90 total cost, to me overpriced for room quality delivery...but bland for cost, vanty light bulb... More

Great service upon check in and check out. Very clean roomn. Clean beds. Huge bathroom! Stayed in room 129, ground floor. No carpeting, hardwood floors. Breakfast was good. Waffles, eggs, cereal. Coffee was ok. I like it strong, hotel coffee was on the weak side. Can't complain, overall great experience for just passing through!

Hotel was clean and close to the Fantasy Springs casino where we were seeing a show. Casino was way over priced for rooms. Parking is a little tough later in the evening but fortunately we walked. Breakfast was also good in the morning. Would stay here again.

We were here on business for 2 nights. We had a 40 ft long trailer en tow with minimal parking. The staff went out of their way to ensure safety of our trailer. The room was exceptionally clean and maintained. I have absolutely no complaints and can honestly say that every hotel team member I came in contact with went... More

We stayed here for one night before heading to the Coachella grounds. Perfectly adequate for that given its proximity to Walmart for meeting up with friends. The room we stayed in was a first floor which was nice since we could park our car directly in front and pack it for the drive into the camp grounds. I saw others... More

Stayed here 2 years ago and enjoyed it, so we went back June 2015 but were very disappointed in the facility and the service. At check-in, they said they had to charge a $50 fee in case we broke anything - I never heard of something so demeaning. However, the charge/credit never showed on our credit card. We were in... We spent one night here while exploring the local desert. Everything decent in this area is pretty expensive, so by comparison, this hotel is not bad. The room was not big but the bathroom was spacious and very nice. The worst part was the breakfast, which offered little in the way of choice and was understocked and not well maintained.... More

We are delighted that you found our rooms spacious and to your liking. Many of our guests often walk to and from the hotel and casino, the street is not very well lit but it is only one block away and there is nothing to be concerned about, the area is actually very safe. I stayed here only overnight on a way from Phoenix to home to Northern California. It is only 3.5 hours drive from Phoenix. Conveniently located next to Hwy 10. Also, there is a casino two miles East with more expensive rooms. The hotel's reception area looked recently updated and nicely decorated with huge Chinese vases and comfortable furniture. The receptionist... More
