The buffet is a good deal for the price - wide salad selections, Mexican, Italian and Chinese entrees plus roasted chicken, pork and beef. Desserts include cakes, ice cream and fruits. The staff seating us and clearing the dishes were very attentive and cordial. Overall it was a pleasant experience. The only drawback is the smell of cigarette smoke which... More

Recently stayed here for the tennis match. It was convenient to get to Indian Wells and plan to stay here again next year. The surrounding area was a little industrial and not much around outside of the hotel. Room was clean but thought it a touch small. Bed was comfortable and fairly quiet outside the room. They did have a... More

Amenities are great as well as dining options. Earning of comp. points is costly and picking up your comp. gifts can be expensive if u live over 100 miles away. Some of the staff provide exceptional service, especially the bell men and Valet.

I usually have a comp room. I have been treated like I own the place each time I stay here. Very efficient and knowledgeable staff. The buffet is better than most casino buffets. It is easy to burn off a few calories from the buffet by using the well equipped gym near the pool.. I would recommend this hotel/resort/casino to... More

Very difficult to eat lunch here before 12. The POM Restaurant only ALLOWS lunch PRECISELY at 12. Don't try before then. They don't care. Most casinos you can get anything anytime. Not here! There literally is no other place to sit down for lunch!

Hi Frank, Thank you for taking the time to review the property. Unfortunately, POM is strict on it's times because does a complete change over from one meal to the next. Menus, flatware, decor, cutlery, etc are all changed out to create a unique atmosphere for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We are very sorry no one was able to help... More

We went out to the desert to watch the BNP Paribas tennis tournament and were looking for places to stay. My husband found this property and after I looked at their website, I was, "hmm, I don't know, maybe I can find something better." However, everything closer to the Tennis Gardens was really expensive so I said OK, what the... More

Fantasy Springs Hotel Casino has consistently maintained its high level of quality. The other Indian casino hotels within the general area have not maintained its facilities after its first/second year of opening. The hotel smells fresh and not heavily perfumed to mast odd smokey odors. The buffet has a greater fresh selection as compared to other casino buffets. The rooms... More

We have stayed here on numerous occasions over the years and have always enjoyed it. This time we came for one night for my husband's birthday and I reserved a room facing the pool. I asked the reservationist if they had special allergen free rooms as some hotels do. They said no but would ask housekeeping to swap out the... More

From the Valet to the front desk, you will feel like a VIP. One of the best experience my wife and I have had in a few years. But beware of the Joy Asian Restaurant, the worst service you will ever have.
