My husband and I were looking for a nice getaway for a few days and this was perfect. They have a nice continental breakfast or you can order from the menu, both were good, and the staff was very pleasant. Every evening there was live music in the lounge. If you like Frank Sinatra's music, you will love the lounge... More

My name is Tony Young and me and my wife stayed at the Indian Wells Resort in November. We had a blast. The Frank Sinatra performance was great and the customer service was spot on. The room was so cozy and the golf course was relaxing.

The Indian Wells Resort Hotel is a classic Coachella Valley resort and is located right on Hwy 111 in exclusive Indian Wells. The view of the snow capped San Jacinto Mountain range overlooking the golf course and date palm trees is a California desert classic. The feeling that comes when one is taking in that view while sitting in the... More

I read all the horrible reviews for this hotel, but we had a good stay and didn't see any of the negative things that others did. I thought the hotel was very nice and everything looked very good and well maintained. Yes, it's old, but it looked like it had been recently renovated. Everything was clean and nice that we... It is old. The rug was not clean. The toilet didn't work. They delivered a plunger to no avail. The pillows were way to thick and way to short. The $59 room came to $100 with the huge resort fee and tax, I was with a group of golfer that didn't want to spend a lot on a hotel room.... More

I checked in on 10/29/2015. The staffs at checkin counter were just starring at me while I was approaching. It's cold. The room was terrible. Acyually, the whole building was terrible. Thin wall, soft floor, weird smell.... The first room I checked in was full of stong bleach smell. I could hear the noise and feel the vibration when somebody... More

We are very sorry for the issues you had with your stay. Unfortunately, the building has been here since 1957, and there isn't much that we could do about the walls. As for the alarm clock, we are sorry, it must have been set by the previous guest. More

This hotel is quite old. The rooms need a little bit of a renovation. It felt damp in the room and they still smell like smoke. The ceiling was really low too so it felt crammed. The bathroom was nice. Breakfast was good. They actually have nice breakfast sandwiches and stuff.

We came to this hotel for a get away this weekend and found the deal on groupon. It says it's a resort but it's far from. The staff is very unhappy not upbeat and doesn't seem happy to be here. When we tried to call house keeping the phone just rang and rang then went to voicemail the front desk... More
