So this past weekend my buddy and I decided to take our terrible golf games out to the desert and we stayed at the Indian Wells Resort. Upon arrival we realized that the service was going to be top notch. The gentleman at the counter was very helpful in getting us checked in and to our room as quickly as... More

There really is no better deal for the monies. It's not 5 star but for the value I give it a 5. The staff is curtious and they don't nickle and dime you for everything. Everybody is very laid back, music and drinks by the pool are reasonable (try the pizza) and friendly atmosphere for young children. My only recommendation... More

I stayed with a friend at this Hotel in May, 2014. Unfortunately, over the three nights we stayed there, my friend was severely bitten by bed bugs that were in her bed. Not realizing what was causing her welts, I unwittingly brought the beg bugs home with me in my suitcase. I began noticing bed bug bites on my arms... More

Summer is certainly off season for this area, so the tourist traffic is very light. Our family used 3 rooms for a getaway. This hotel is not a mega-resort, which was fine with us-as it was easy to get in and out of the hotel. The hotel is very clean, bright and airy, The rooms were large and very pleasant.... More

The moment we walked in to check in we knew we had to stay and experience this fabulous 50's copacabana......The Hotel is small but quaint and you know it when checking in, since there was only a checkin desk big enough for 2 customers at a time. We loved it, behind us was a club called "Frank;s Place". The pool... More

Returned with the family to Indian Wells. Check in was uneventful 2 people just standing at desk looking super bored. We dropped our bags and went to the pool which had NOT been picked up. Left over used towels & left over food garbage on tables. I guess management cant be bothered to lower themselves even on slow days to... More

We booked this hotel through Groupon because it was affordable and very near the friends we went to visit. Although the rate we got was $49, the resort fees and taxes doubled that rate. At $95 it was still a fair price for what we got though. The hotel, although redone since its heyday, still seems to scream 1950's. The... More

This hotel was a pleasant surprise for a short weekend get away. The price was great. room was clean, and the pool very clean as well as very refreshing. The staff was very accommodating and treated us with respect and friendliness. I would recommend this hotel for a good alternative to the more expensive hotels in the area..

My job requires that I travel extensively, both domestically and internationally. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at is the Indian Wells Resort Hotel (“Hotel”). In May of 2014, I made the mistake of staying at the Hotel near Palm Springs for a long weekend. I arrived on Friday afternoon and was eaten alive by bed bugs by Monday.... More

This Hotel was just average. I could discuss in great detail the very average amenities, like the poor food, the lackluster service, the non-existence of any spa facilities, etc. I'd rather focus on the one truly positive aspect of the hotel – the nightly entertainment. The retro 1950s lounge acts that the hotel has are very entertaining and fun! I... More
