We've been going to the desert 2-3 times a year for about 15 years now. There is not a single hotel out there that can provide decent service. If you go knowing that, you'll like this Hyatt. First the pros and cons of this particular property: Pros: The villas are awesome. We got a 2 bedroom suite which had a... More

My husband, myself and our two children stayed here over Spring Break. From the time we checked in until the time we left we not only enjoyed the beautiful facilities, but the service was exceptional! We checked into the Regency Club level (which we have stayed in with many other Hyatt stays) on the 4th and 5th floor. We were... More

We visited for 3 days in April and we are glad we did. I typically stay on upper floors, however my first floor "walk-out" was a dream. The landscaping and palm trees were instantly relaxing. The room was a large , divided King with refrigerator, sitting area and excellent flat screen. Staff for valet parking, front desk and bar were... More

We stayed at the Hyatt for the final weekend of the BNP Paribas tennis tournament. The rooms were huge; we had a king bed with a step down to a sitting area with queen sofa bed and doors that walked outside towards the pool. Super spacious bathrooms with tub and separate shower, dual sinks. The adult pool was serene and... More

“Friendly and helpful” people is the first impression I made with the staff as soon as I got out of my taxi. The building is decorated a bit modern but comfortable. My room was large and done really well. The sunken lounge area of my room made the room seem even bigger. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and well groomed.... More

My family and I stayed at the hotel in March 2014 while my attended a conference at the hotel. The room was really nice. The quality of the bathroom fit and finish exceeded my expectations. Our one year old really enjoyed the kiddie pool. The resort was close to several good restaurants and shopping. The grounds were immaculate.

I've stayed at the Hyatt Grand Champions many times now called the Hyatt Regency. In the past it was a phenomenal Hotel with wonderful service. Not anymore. New rules seemed to be just made up. As an attorney, I can read notices and signs. There were NONE posted at the time, but I was still informed verbally that smoking was... More

The adult pool was nice and quiet and relaxing with great service for drinks and food, the rooms were spacious and in need of an update but were okay, with a couch and sitting area. We had patio doors out to the walkway. Breakfast was included and was very good. The staff was good with excellent service in the restaraunts.... More

A friend and I stayed here while attending the Indian Wells tennis tournament. For that purpose, you really can't get much more convenient - the tournament shuttle runs hourly, you can run into any number of tennis players participating in the tournament, as well as their coaches. We even ran into Martina Hingis in the lobby! The room was quite... More
