I've stayed in this hotel / resort over the weekend for company gathering. Spacious area with outside pools and lots of palms and folding beds. Hotel is huge, you can get lost easily, but luckily they have maps all around the pathways. There a golf course around, but I haven't tried it. Both check-in and -out was quick, all staff... More

I only stayed here one night and it was for business, but I was blown away by the excellent service of this hotel. When I come to PS I prefer to stay at the Parker, but after my recent stay, I may give this a shot for R & R. I called yesterday to get an updated bill for my... More

The hotel is in great shape. Everything is clean and bright. Staff was very friendly. Grounds of hotel is like a education, they have signs telling names of plants. Dining was good and the staff was great.

This is a typical Hyatt property. Nothing over the top special about it. It's consistently good, but never somewhere I'm dying to go back to. We have stayed here many times, because we have kids and they like the pools, waterslide, game room, kids club, and bikes. The rooms are decent in size with a separate little living area, which... I expect a bit more from a Hyatt Regency, and this isn't a low-end price point hotel. That being said, while the room was spacious, and had a sofa and desk as well as a nice bathroom (although oddly only one sink) the housekeeping could have been a bit better. The duvet covers were white, which strikes me odd for... More

I wasn't able to book the newly re-opened Ritz Carlton for Thanksgiving this year with my family, so we booked the Hyatt..a place we had stayed at 3 or 4 times before in the last 10 years. Honestly, I couldn't remember not liking or liking the hotel. It doesn;t really leave that much to remember about it in the first... More

I was very disappointed, with this hotel, being in the travel business and checking out the hotel first hand, would not recommend this hotel, unless they make some changes and update the rooms. First of the front desk did not even try to accommodate and change my room, even though I had specifically noted that would like to have a... More

Dear anniemina, I’m sorry to hear that your recent stay at our resort did not live up to your expectations. We are normally much more effective in providing guests their preferred view based on our availability and regret this was not the case for you. While we generally receive a majority of good comments on our guest rooms, we do... More

Resort is much nicer than we expected. Last minute booking on a holiday weekend left us with few choices, so expectations were not high. Grounds are huge and room was spacious/recently redone. Pools are spread out, never felt crowded (although the temperature could have been warmer in a few). Breakfast buffet is worth passing, room service better option in the... More

This is a jewel of the desert. The staff, facilities and rooms are first class. The grounds are beautiful and located near great restaurants and golf courses. The room was clean and beautiful with amazing views of the Hyatt grounds. The spa was amazing! Do not pass up a spa treatment, the fitness room and sauna.

We stayed here for four days as part of an offsite strategy session for about 20 people. The facilities used included the restaurant, the bar, the meeting rooms, the golf course, the gym and the spa. The rooms are very spacious, but a little tired, tightly packed and not well sound proofed from the corridors. The standard of housekeeping is... More
