My H and I stayed the first week of Feb. Shortly after arriving H was taken by ambulance to the Eisenhower Hospital where he had surgery at 1 a.m. The entire staff at the Hyatt was wonderful. They came to our room and waited until the EMT's arrived, called and checked on us the next day and found a wheelchair... More

Was here on a business trip and the hotel was packed with guests, however the customer service of the front desk and room service was excellent. The room was very large, I was able to experience the Regency Club - excellent breakfast options. The pools are great and plenty of room for swimming and relaxing. I will definately return.

The resort is conveniently located and very pretty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The resort is not inexpensive yet you are treAted great. Rooms are big. The hallways are long so if anyone has physical limitations ask for room closer to elevators. Beautiful pool areas, one for families and one for adults. Really nice work out facility and... More

The resort is really beautiful and in a great area close to shopping, golf and restaurants. However, the room I stayed although large, had old furniture and dirty curtains & dirty windows :( I was also bummed that my menu for room service to hang on the door was only furnished one time, I love the convenience and use room... This Hyatt in Indian Wells has a lot to offer. Very nice rooms, larger that the average Hyatt, very comfortable, nice bathroom, sitting area, a refrigerator for your convenience. The two golf courses are some of the best in the area. Shopping and restaurants are near by. Only the breakfast could offer some more options, but the coffee shops great.... More

Clearly, this is a busy week for the hotels in this area - but we had a great stay - you wouldn't know they were fully booked. We had access to the 5th floor lounge and there was plenty of food available even at the end of the breakfast/dessert etc hours. Pool wasn't crowded and no one shooed us out... More

Bring your rollerblades when you stay here. This giant convention-style hotel has the longest hallways I've ever seen in any hotel. I came here for a fitness vacation/business trip, so I'm not complaining. But if walking is an issue, check the location of the facilities you'll be using before selecting your room. The fitness center is at the end of... More

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in early March. It was exactly the peaceful getaway we wanted. We had stayed here several years ago, and the property has definitely aged a bit, but overall it was just as relaxing as we remembered. The adults pool is great with excellent service- unlike some places, you couldn't hear anything from... More

Originally we were assigned to a villa and it was quite nice, however, at 11PM, our room filled with the smell of cigarette smoke. We reported this immediately and we were told that security would arrive right away to investigate, as the villas are non-smoking. We were told that a professional tennis player was staying near by (for the tournament)... More

My wife and I did a three day vacation the Hyatt Regency and stayed in a one bedroom villa's. This review is mainly about the villa(723). About two and half hours(maybe more if you get stuck in traffic) east of Los Angeles is the city of Indian Wells. An oasis off Interstate 10, just past the giant wind turbines. My... More
