Very clean hotel. Staff is very friendly. Location is excellent. Pool is nice. You are literally looking at the beach from the rooms. I would definitely stay again. Restaurant is good too. They also offer a shuttle to town but you really don't need it as its a 15 min walk.

Discovered there were updated rooms with updated room ammenities for floors 8 and above - found this out after being invited to a colleagues room and shocked to find out it was MUCH nicer than my room on floor 6. So, I asked to be upgraded as well, expecially since we were paying the same room rate. I was accomodated.... More

The Waterfront is in a great location right across from the sand and sea of Huntington Beach. Balcony views to Newport and Laguna on the South side and views of Huntington Pier, Long Beach and Palos Verdes on the North...great pool with poolside restaurant, or enjoy room service with ocean views. Rentals of all sorts on site or on beach...walk... More

I'll start with the positives. The room was spacious and spotless. And the location and (partial) ocean view were pretty good. However, if you're looking for a nice, relaxing, QUIET beach getaway, this is not the place for you. And, if you're looking for one of those hotels where you can open your balcony door and listen to the sound... More

Stayed at the Waterfront Beach Resort for a few days recently. Hotel was good but not great. Clean and comfortable, but a bit tired. Staff are terrific and really helpful. They run a free shuttle down to Main Street once an hour (a local shopping area which specialises in touristy stuff and restaurants). Easy to catch the shuttle to the... More

After a few days in Anaheim, we knew we would want to stay at the beach for a few days. I read a lot about Huntington Beach and decided that is where we would stay. I had heard the Hyatt was great, but was full when I was booking, over 7 months in advance. After reading many reviews, we decided... More

Stayed here for 5 nights to attend a conference at the Hyatt Regency next door. I'm a Hilton guy so chose this as a great option. Overall the hotel is excellent for service. The staff is one of the friendliest and most helpful of any property I've stayed at. Why I didn't give the hotel 5 marks is because of... More

This is a first class hotel with reasonable prices situated right across from the Pacific Ocean. The view is spectacular. It is walking distance to beautiful Huntington Beach and Main Street, a cute little area of restaurants and shops. We attended a Car Show on Main Street and there were lots of activities going on. We also took the Catalina... More

We stayed here for the 1st time this month.Past visits we stayed at the Hyatt but when we went to book they had no resort view rooms left and the price at the Hilton was more in line with what we wanted to spend. We got what appeared to be a remodeled room on the 3rd floor. Staff was very... More

Great location in Huntington Beach but you could find a better value at any number of beachfront hotels in California. Parking fees were ridiculous, $36 per night, and the location of the hotel along PCH makes it difficult to eat or grab breakfast at places other than the hotel dining options. For example, after a day at the beach you... More
