The staff was friendly, fast, and accommodating. However, this hotel needs some serious updating. Some minor changes would be nice...such as a revamp of the front lobby, which is very Love Boat-looking, and climate-wise, is strangely warmer than outside -- even when the outside is hot and humid like it was when we stayed. Our family travel to Southern CA, we found this Friendly & Nice Hotel, all the staffs are very friendly and helpful, room are very clean, price are very reasonable, they have a very nice indoor swimming pool. We are very enjoy while we were there, and we will be back to stay this hotel again. more
