I booked this hotel when my plane landed in Orange Beach. I had to make a last minute trip to Orange County and I wanted to stay somewhere centrally located. This hotel was great! Everyone was really friendly and my super clean hotel room was a really nice size. There are people everywhere, which I enjoyed since I was traveling... More

Had a blast here, great customer service and perfect location. A little pricey with a few extra fees but nothing more than other nice places. They got a mix up in our reservations and did a great job making sure we were happy and satisfied. Highly recommend!

We stayed for 5 nights in mid august using 2 rooms on the 3rd floor. Our rooms were very spacious (deluxe sea view) with big bathrooms and plenty of seating and a balcony. The hotel was full but even so the service was excellent. The poolside service by the main pool was friendly and efficient and on our first day... More

decent hotel, nice staff, crazy fees! $25 for the resort fee - ok BUT another $35 a day for parking? That seems a bit like a double whammy! We enjoyed our stay and may return but will look for other parking for sure!

Spent a night here at the end of a very busy week of touring. We didn't arrive until late and first impression of the Hotel was wow! Felt very luxurious, very big Hotel with 500 rooms I think, our room was located quite a distance from reception overlooking the "spa grotto" Probably ask for a room near the elevator if... More

We spent 2 nights here on points and stayed on the Club Level. A good choice with free breakfast. The room faced the fountains in the front of the hotel, so it was relatively quiet. We were in the building close to the highway and the front pool. We arrived late afternoon and went straight to the pool for dinner... More

After my family's terrible experience at a Hyatt Place in San Jose last month, I was having second thoughts on staying at another Hyatt, but I've been to this property before and I liked it. Upon arrival, Kristina from the front desk checked in my family. Exceptional customer service! Tons of stuff to do and places to go in and... More

This is the fourth time I have been to the hotel and will likely be the last. It is in a great location as it is a short walk to town and to the beach but the hotel is not what it once was. Rooms are a little tired and service spotty. Despite having status with Hyatt it took us... More

Beautiful and well-maintained property, plenty of amenities (I especially enjoyed the pools and on-site market 'Surf City Grocers'), and great location. You could spend several days here and never feel the need to leave the resort - and given the price, that may be just the way to go!

Enjoyed a three-night stay in a SoCal suite at the Hyatt, and thoroughly recommend the property. The hotel was sold-out during our stay, but as a credit to the size of the resort and varied offerings it has, it never felt crowded. Room was tremendous with a partial ocean view off long terrace. Two full bathrooms make it a great... More
