Very CLEAN hotel and rooms. Staff were wonderful, polite and very helpful. This place is a somewhat dated hotel which is sort of near the beach but is still about 1/2 mile from the beach. The rooms are somewhat small, although the bathroom was large. We needed a place to stay that was close to the beach and the airport. We "lucked" upon this charming hotel. The front desk was very accomodating, friendly and met our needs graciously. during one month of travelling through different states we slept in many hotels, but Hotel Hermosa definetely had the most comfortable beds. The only inconvenience is that you sleep so well that you miss breakfast, but there are many alternatives in the neighbourhood. (the breakfast place can be a bit bigger...).
