My partner and I have stayed here before and this trip brought my brother and his wife. We LOVE this gem in Healdsburg (arguably the best town in wine country). It's a modern, minimalists dream and I could live there. 6 individual cottage s overlooking a beautiful pool and hot tub. The staff is delightful and friendly and helpful and... More

The spacious rooms at the Duchamp are (as almost every review has pointed out), decorated in a minimalist style. In a country where most small hotels and B&Bs are over-encumbered by twee clutter, chintzy fabrics and and creaky antiques, the clean lines of the Duchamp offer welcome respite. While our room lacked gewgaws and whotsits (hurrah!), the bed was comfortable,... More

We just stayed in room 3 for three nights and found the Duchamp the most bizarre place. Minimalist is one thing, sparse is another. We are well traveled, and have lived in Europe and NYC so I get modern style, and like it. This felt more like IKEA with nice towels. Staff were totally uninterested and unhelpful, with exception of... More

The Duchamp is an unusual hotel. There is nothing corporate about it. Instead, it feels like a work of art itself. Every feature, every dimension has been considered to provide perfect comfort and privacy. From the huge bed with premium linens to the long lap pool and relaxing hot tub, everything is the best of its kind. I loved the... More

We spend 3 lovely nights at the Duchamp. What a gem of a hotel. We really liked the ambiance. It was very simple and quiet and the guests were very respectful of each other. The grounds are spacious and beautiful and the size of the rooms can't be beat. Everything was spotless and the staff was helpful and accommodating. The... More

I feel very blessed to have 3 days at this incredible beautiful and charming hotel in Healdburg! The DuChamp is so lovely..! The staff is very generous in their offerings and the rooms are large and very comfortable. The bathroom is wonderfully large and inviting and the hotel does everything to make your stay easy and inviting. Towels are good... More

In real terms, this is a collection of 6 self contained cabins around an olive grove and swimming pool with a reception and breakfasting area. Each cabin is very spacious and well equipped, although I found the bed a little hard. The main room has a large bed, writing desk attached to the wall , a large sofa and a... More

Had a wonderful experience at Duchamp. Very friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms with plenty of space, and just a block away from the downtown area. Will definitely stay at this property again. The pictures on their website don't do the property justice. These are six individual "cottages" bordering the pool. If your taste is more toward "contemporary" then you... More

We just spent a wonderful weekend at the Duchamp Hotel. It is a beautiful setting - small and intimate and very peaceful, and yet steps away from the center of downtown Healdsburg. You can't ask for a better combination. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, and the bathrooms are large. The staff was friendly. We will definitely return!

The Hotel Duchamp is a hidden oasis of minimalist tranquility, located a stone's throw from the center of bustling Healdsburg. Consisting of six cottages (units 1-3 face the pool, while 4-6 are more private, facing Foss Creek), calling the Duchamp a hotel is a bit of a misnomer. It is more an artsy hybrid between a B&B and a hotel,... More
