Do not stay here. Management sets a terrible tone for this hotel. Unresponsive and apathetic to guests. Noisy, noisy, noisy. Fire alarms went off with no explanation from staff. Manager is incompetent and rude. Stay somewhere else if you can. Overrated and overpriced. Would not cut it in a real "urban" setting. Billing confusion with no attempt to explain or... more

of course having to stay in a room that's located in front of the elevators, next to the stairs, and with windows facing the vale/parking entrance is definitely NOT ideal but one would think they (the hotel) would have put this into consideration when they designed/ built the place. we woke up periodically due to all the folks going in... more

Booked a room three months out and requested a view of the town square. Checked in and was given a room on the opposite side of the hotel. Called the front desk (who, during check in time is totally understaffed) and was told that the hotel was sold out but they would see what they could do and call me... more

I thought this hotel has a sophisticated, contemporary vibe. At the same time there are wonderful, warm spaces to lounge sunbathe and relax . The design is quite modern, but is softened by the wood floors and furnishings throughout. All of your visual senses are stimulated by by the use of wood, high ceilings, open glass walkways and lovely oriental... more

I booked this hotel at the last minute and felt so lucky to get their last rooms for the weekend (Aug. 1&2). Because I booked at the last minute, I had to change from a queen room to a king premier on saturday night as the queen room was only available fri night. While the king room was pricey ($510.00)... more

My husband and I stayed at the HH for the second time recently and absolutely loved our stay... again. The location can't be beat. We walked to rent bikes, walked to dinner, walked to wine tasting and walked to get coffee in the morning. We loved coming back from dinner to live jazz in the bar and a wonderful social... more

Rooms are very nice and well-appointed but shower is awkward one of those open showers with only 2 glass barriers at the end but hard to enjoy when you are splashing the rest of the bathroom. Restaurant was good and service was above-average. Breakfast was also good - kind of self-service but decent options. My gripe is that the whole... more

My husband and I spent 2 of our 6 nights in Napa/Sonoma/San Fran at this great hotel. The atmosphere was very clean, contemporary, yet very quiet. The hotel is small, yet it felt huge, high ceilings, large bathrooms etc. We loved the service. We stayed on their unwind and dine package, well worth it! The spa was very relaxing and... more
