The hotel staff at this location (Front Desk) was very friendly , helpful and accommodating , she helped me check in early , when i arrived before check-in , and helped me switch rooms , when the one that was available at the time was having minor issues , only issue i had was things needed repair , like elevator... Not good, my room certainly had NEVER been updated. Only one ice maker on entire premises.

We enjoyed our stay, the hotel had a pretty waterfall with tables to sit and take pictures, the staff was wonderful, the location was near the freeway and food spots, and I thought I was in heaven when I saw a Starbucks. I would definately stay there again, but I would ask for a room with a view.
