This hotel is actually a glorified motor lodge. Hotel was beautiful. Customer service was very unpleasable the time we walk in the door. Did not receive an welcome greeting and we stood at the service desk for almost 15 minutes before the staff acknowledge us. At first it seemed like a beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Unfortunately, the service was horrible. I stayed for 4 nights and each day was a new problem.
