This is my second visit. Last year I was traveling alone...this time I brought my sister and her husband. You can't beat the setting on the Klamath and the campfire James builds every night. What was really priceless about both my visits was the people I met. Most everyone will either come to the campfire or eat at the tables... More

My son and I stayed at the Klamath River Resort Inn and really enjoyed the relaxed and low-key atmosphere. This is simple, old-fashioned place without fancy bells and whistles, but with everything we needed to be completely comfortable. We spent the day on the beautiful river guided by a local young man (with EMT training!) who could explain a lot... More

The riverfront location of this motel is fantastic, but everything else about this place was absolutely horrible! My room had an strong stench of urine which was noticed by myself and others with me. Room service consisted of occasionally making my bed or emptying the garbage, but never cleaning a single thing or changing any sheets. The carpet looked as... More

This is a RUSTIC river resort....if you think Four Season type resort you will be sorely disappointed! But for where it is it is clean, the staff are SUPER helpful and the scenery is glorious! This is two steps above camping but most people are there for outdoor activities! You can tube or raft right off/onto the property. I had... More

Just 2 miles from Happy Camp, KRRI provides a quiet, green oasis on the Klamath River for guests. Owner James goes out of his way to ensure you are comfortable, have everything you need and helps with tourist information (bicycle routes for road or mtn., float trips, fishing, local sites, etc.). Put in right there, or be driven upstream for... More

We staying in this very friendly resort on the Klamath River. It is an ideal place for those adventurers who want to raft the Klamath River, and have a place to stay, as well as an outfitter to accommodate them. The lodge is very basic, but comfortable. Some units have a basic, and rather dated kitchen, for those who want... More

Spent 5 nights at the Klamath RRI beginning May 2, 2014 and it was wonderful. The room was clean with two beds that were both very comfortable. We usually travel with a fan but since we flew in from Maine it was not possible to take one with us so we were pleasantly surprised to find one in the room.... More

I've been coming up to Happy Camp at least once a year for...oh...16 years so far. I've stayed several places, been rafting and kayaking on the Klamath many times, enjoyed the swimming holes and the hot springs as well as this quaint town tucked away on Highway 96. I've been kayaking with the Klamath River Resort Inn twice before and... More

Enjoyed a three day stay at the Klamath River Resort Inn for the 4th of July. James and his staff were very informative and provided excellent services. It was a treat to meet Kitty! We saw a bear, eagles, herons, and the beauty of the Klamath on the Class 3 and evening rafting trips. This is a great place if... More
