This was our first stop for our Anniversary trip down the PCH, I only booked one night and have regretted it since leaving. This hotel was PHENOMENAL, in all respects. We stayed in Pillar Point, which is a very modern Oceanfront room. We were on the first floor and the next time I will choose the Maverick on the 2nd... More

Very pleasant large B&B right on the beach. Spent two nights here this month and enjoyed everything except our room. Actually, the room was fine, it was the location which was in the main building & steps away from the front desk. Think it was La Estrella. Would NEVER stay in that room again...WAY too noisy from all the front... More

My husband and I stayed here in the "Mavericks" room for a weekend getaway celebrating our anniversary. It is an easy drive from the peninsula or southbay. The room was very nice: a soft and cozy bed, a small refrigerator, nice glass shower, and the large bathtub - truly a treat for a relaxing bubble bath. The couch in the... More

We live in the Arizona desert, so coming to Cypress Inn to beat the heat was a true pleasure. The B&B is quiet and charming. We rented at the last minute, so we didn't have a large choice of rooms. We stayed in "Luna" which is a small room in main house, right across from the breakfast area. Although small... More

The breakfasts are tasty and generous, the staff is very friendly helpful. Rooms are clean. Great view. ( I could wish the downstairs terrace wall was a tad shorter so I could see the water without having to stand up.) Parking is convenient. Happy hour - nice. WIne and cheese and I'm good. Beach access is right across the street,... More

It was an easy drive from San Francisco. The staff was really friendly and helpful. When we arrived they were serving free wings, fruit, cheese and wine. It was all delicious and we did not need dinner afterward. The small deck was right on the ocean which made for a relaxing experience of going to sleep with the sound of... More

Quaint little inn right on the beach. Oceanfront rooms really afforded a relaxing stay. I loved sleeping with the windows open and the sound of the waves. The wine hour and breakfast were super. My only complaint is that my room was not serviced by housekeeping. I had the privacy hang tag on in the morning, then changed it to... More

A quick getaway from the Sacramento heat, this is the first time we've stayed here and will be back. Fortunately, the "Mavericks" room was available - second floor of a 2 story bldg with north facing corner exposure. A private deck provides space to relax on while enjoying the waves. There is a quiet frontage road between the building and... More

This was one of the few experiences where my expectations were exceeded! Beautiful place with a very friendly staff. They had cheese & crackers, wine, sparkling cider, coffee, and hot chocolate available for free in the mainhouse. They also served desert that night and it all seemed homemade- and was delicious! The breakfast was also very good. Classical music was... More
