We stayed here just one night, and though there were some quirks, for us (on holiday) this just added to the fun. Check in is a bit tricky, you have to be at the hotel between 4 and 6 pm. We arrived early, picked up the phone outside the hotel, and, after a couple of issues with what I think is... More

The house is just lovely and lovingly furnished. We could rest next to a fireplace and sleep in a beautyfull big bed. Ann, the lovely Lady of the house, made us a great breakfast and gave us good advises for our trip. If you look for something small with familiar atmosphere, you should definitely try this place!

Great accommodations. The house is very comfortable with updated bathroom and shower. We loved staying here and getting to know the proprietor, Ann, a bit in the process. Ann was our chef in the morning. It was a joy to stay here. Though I have traveled extensively in this area, I had never before been in Groveland. We came here... More

Due to the current government shutdown, Yosemite National Park is officially closed. However, because several state highways pass through the park, the roads are open, and this is actually a delightful time to drive through much of the park. It's an unfortunate situation for local businesses, but great for those who don't like crowds. Groveland is small enough that all... More

Like another reviewer, we were put at an off-site condo rather than in the B&B. Despite having called regarding room configuration, and having advance permission to move the two roll-away beds downstairs, the proprietress tried to tell us (and "controlling" doesn't begin to describe this harridan) that we should have our teenage sons sleep one with us and one with... We stayed here in mid July for a visit to Yosemite, and were very comfortable. I had chosen one of the smaller rooms and it was a bit tight, but the breakfast was wonderful and the ower and staff very helpful and could answer every question. As we were leaving Groveland, Ann planned an interesting drive to our next stop... More

We stayed in the Cloud Rest room. Very comfy and spacious. The B&B house has so much history and it is decorated beautifully. Ann is the owner and she is not only a gracious host but cooks some great breakfast entrees. You have good access to Yosemite National Park and considering the accommodations at the Ahwahnee Hotel in the park... More

We stayed in Fairway 1 and Oak Room. Ann, the hostess, was friendly and accommodating. She made breakfast for the guests every morning, which was nice. The staff she works with are friendly and courteous, as well. There are 2 houses available to stay in which we were unaware of until we had to follow her in her car. The... More

We stayed in the "Fairway 2" room, in a house a few miles away from the B&B itself. We had a room in a modern house, which was very clean and up-to-date. Owner Ann is completely on top of things, and will take care of anything you ask, it seems. Breakfast back at the B&B was good. Though the room... More

If I could give this place a rating of zero stars I would. One of the worst nights sleep I've ever had. Checking in: The lady who checked us in seemed almost annoyed we were there and then took her sweet time about finding our reservation. When she did finally find it, turns out we were staying in another property,... More
