I booked this hotel over phone for my parents. It was a last minute booking. Linda gave me a good deal on the prize and did not charge extra for an additional person. My wife and I stayed here recently on a stopover on our way to Yosemite. We absolutely loved the place. Groveland is a tiny town, so the Hotel is hard to miss. The parking lot is behind the building.
