What else do you need for a great vacation? All the facilities were kept very clean and the staff was genuinely happy to be there. Food is excellent, might have liked a few more lighter choices because you (at least we) don't hike 12 miles every day and everything is just so tasty! This is a very family-oriented establishment, so... More

I discovered Evergreen Lodge about 7 years ago when someone did a recommendation in the AAA magazine. We've been every year, Sometimes twice a year. Evergreen is 7 miles down the road from Route 120, and 33 miles from Yosemite Village, but it is reasonable, well maintained, and so quiet at night you feel you are at one with the... More

Kids dream come true! Booked this on short notice in March on promo and wish we couldve stayed 2 or 3 nights. Year round outdoor pool and hot tub was a welcome sight for two road-weary kids, not to mention arts and crafts, pool, ping pong, smores, small zipline and park. Best for kids ages 5-16 but younger kids have... More

Our family of three just returned from a two night stay in a "Deluxe King Cabin". Our unit shared a wall with another Deluxe King Cabin (think of a duplex) but we never heard our neighbors. While "Deluxe" might be a bit of a stretch, the unit was clean and comfortable. The parking lot, restaurant and recreation center were on... More

I stayed at the Evergreen Lodge for two nights over a weekend in early March. My boyfriend and I were there as part of a group of 45 friends there to celebrate a birthday. We stayed in a two-bedroom, one-bathroom cabin, and had a great experience. The Evergreen is refreshingly isolated, but do be ready to be completely out of... More

We came here for a one night stay, but we wished that we could have stayed longer. The girl at the front desk upgraded us to a one bedroom cottage (booked standard room), which is cozy and comfort. They have a variety of activities, from guided hiking to snowshoeing. The restaurant offers great food and vegetarian choice. The lodge have... More

Lovely cabins in the woods. 40 minutes from Yosemite. EXCELLENT food (mostly at dinner) in the onsite restaurant. Lunches available to go. Deli onsite. Activities for families - - bikeriding, arts/crafts/ huge pool/ hiking, foosball, ping-pong, etc. No TVs nor Wi-Fi in room. So much to do, electronics not needed, A true breath of fresh air. Luxurious relaxation. There is... More

Stayed here in April 2014, an amazing location, staff are so helpful and friendly. Cabins are great, just what we needed as a quiet getaway. The drive into Yosemite isn't too far, and is a lovely drive anyway. We went on one of the guided tours run by Evergreen Lodge, can't recommend enough, while initially looking quite expensive they are... More

I was here for a wedding in September of 2014. I rented one of the cabins to share with 2 of my friends. The cabins are simple, very clean, and well-appointed- we got a 2 bedroom and there was plenty of space. The entire setup (cabins + main lodges, etc) is a pretty small area- so you can easily walk... What a fantastic place this is. Comfortable cabins, very helpful and friendly staff, wonderful food. We had great weather in February, sunbathing and swimming in the pool. It even snowed the morning we left. The scenery is second to none and the views spectacular
