My wife and I have been to Evergreen Loadge before, this is actually our second time and since our last visit much has changed, positive changes that is. The only sad part about this trip is to see a lot of the forest burned because of the fires. Other than that, we are glad this precious jewel was saved! The... More

The cabins made the experience amazing as they blended in with the forest. The lodge isn't too far from the entrance to Yosemite National Park and it is cheaper than hotels inside the park. The staff are really nice. Also the food is really good! There is also bike rentals which would be a good idea! I recommend this to... More

We stayed here from Christmas Eve until the 26th and had a perfect a White Christmas at the lodge. It snowed 11 inches on the day we arrived, we had spent the day driving through the National Park and arrived just before it got dark. The main road was ploughed, snow chains were enforced so fine to get through. Evergreen... More

My girlfriend and our 4 kids and 2 of their friends stayed two nights at the Evergreen Lodge over New Years. We are "regulars" and local and I reviewed them last year about New Years eve and it had some problems so I wanted to update the review to say that they have fixed the issues and that we had... Many things to say... First, it is just outside the Big Oak entrance to the park. It can be a little tricky to find, especially in the night. Branching off of Big Flat Oak Rd (which is the main road into the Yosemite Valley from the west) is a road called Evergreen Rd. Its junction with Big Oak Flat Rd... More

We stayed for three nights over Christmas Eve and Christmas. We are ready to go back every year. Food was good, plentiful and really tasty. The service was impeccable and in small touches they made our stay really good. The best touch was they followed us out of the lodge to the main highway when they found we were nervous... More

This is a great little hotel just outside of the gate to Yosemite Park. I stayed here in November with my wife for a long weekend when a good friend got married on the property, and we had a great time. The layout of the property is super cute (and logical) as the buildings are in clusters, and the rooms... More

I just stayed at this facility. It had snowed the night before and the grounds were covered with snow. The crews worked to clean the paths and the roads around the facility. I was there for a wedding! It was wonderful! We stayed in the Muir House which is a 3 bedroom house with full kitchen, etc. Everything was immaculate.... More
