I made reservations for my immediate family and for my parents. I made a reservation for a king suite with sofa sleeper and a double accessible room for my parents. Upon check-in my room was correct but my parents was not, even though I called the hotel the day before to verify. The manager Cindy apologized and said she did... More

I chose Extended Stay because of its proximity to my aged father's home, and the fact I knew exactly where it was--the IHop and In-And-Out helped, too. The room selected was waiting for me; a non-smoking room is deal breaker for me. When looking at Extended Stay America's website, my assumption was that everything listed was standard at 'all' of... We wanted a comfortable, pleasant place to stay a few days in Santa Barbara as we visited relatives. One requirement was that the hotel had to allow us to keep our dog. Extended stay america charges $25 (very reasonable) as a pet fee. Our room was exactly what we wanted: ground floor because of the pet (they thought of that... More

Was disappointed that there isn't a pool, but what are you going to do..no big deal. The room was smaller then other extended stay locations I have stayed in. I asked if they had anything larger, and was told they only had 2 rooms larger then the others, and those were booked. Bummer. There was a wet, dirty hand towel... More

I received a copy of your review and wanted to take a moment to personally respond. I am so disappointed that our housekeeping team failed in providing a clean room. I sincerely apologize about your problems with the internet, we do not have trouble with Apple products and our tech support team is a call away to assist at all... More

I got a little lost trying to find the place. Thank God for the very helpful gentleman named Joshua who made sure i got here ok. Once here, we found a good mexican resteraunt and enjoyed the rest of our evening.

Really, I didn’t expect a mint on my pillow or a fluffy bathrobe hanging in the closet. I realize that the Extended Stay America is a no-frills hotel and I’m OK with that. But sufficient toilet paper would have been nice. The Extended Stay America in Santa Barbara is pretty far from downtown, but the location worked for our purposes—a... More

I stayed in this hotel twice for almost 5 months (FEB-March, June-August) till end of August due to my business trips to Santa Barbara. It's a nice and neat hotel with cooking facility and cozy room. The light and decoration in the room are close to the tone of a home and my interactions with the staff in this hotel... More

My wife and I along with our 2 French Bulldogs recently stayed at the Extended Stay America in Goleta. The place was pet friendly, clean, quiet, and reasonably priced. It is conveniently located near Hwy 101 for quick access to the beautiful Santa Barbara area and plenty of restaurants and stores within a short (driving) distance away. The staff was... More

Now charging for basics in the kitchen. Not really worth the price when you can get paper and plastic at the store for the same price. Sad. They still take dogs so for me that is a plus. However, breakfast is just granola bars and the coffee pot is included in the new kitchen package. Again, sad.

Very well-run location of this residence-type chain. Staff was very friendly and the GM made a point of locating all of our families next to each other on the same floor without us even asking (she noticed several reservations with the same last name). As others have noted, it's conveniently located right across the street from an In and Out... More
