The desk clerk(s) acted like I was bothering them when I was checking in and out. The rooms are painted in 60's motif, the mattress, sits on a board. I will credit the night clerk for quieting down the party on my floor. There are nice places to stay in Santa Barbara for a few dollars more. more

Rooms have been remodeled with platform beds, (cheap) flat screen tv's, nice granite bathroom vanities. Clean, small, comfortable. Little noisey, but quiet at night. more
