We just returned home from a visit to the Gaige House and it was amazing. The people were so friendly, the breakfasts delicious and the evening wine tasting were a real treat. I really don't hthink there is a bad room in the place but if you can book one of the suites with the zen atriums as they are... More

A fantastic hotel near wineries. I highly recommend the Zen Suite, it is absolutely amazing. The wine tastings in the afternoons are splendid. The grounds and privacy are spectacular. The management is very responsive to all of your needs. I don't know about the other rooms but the Zen Suite is beyond anything you have probably seen before..from a granite... More

Glen Ellen as such is a wonderful little place to visit but Gaige House tops it off. My husband and I had a Zen suite - a comfortable room with a wonderful bathroom, and we'd go back any time! Peaceful and zen in a wonderful setting.

Gaige House and the little hamlet of Glen Ellen remind us of the charm and ambience we experienced in the Napa/Sonoma wine country 40 years ago. Room #9 deserves a special "shout out" - A private entrance leads to a quiet, large room decorated with a simple elegant peacefulness that only Asian aesthetic decoration can provide. The grounds are gorgeous... More

We stayed here because it was close to Jack London Park and we were attending one of their Broadway Under the Stars performances. It is also located on the Sonoma side of the wine tasting road but quite a curvy drive from the fun restaurants of Yountsville and St Helena. The rooms are cottage like, and although they have been... More

Nothing like a 6.0 magnitude earthake to make things memorable! Despite mother nature, this place is wonderful. Staying in room 2. Nicely appointed. Breakfast is very tasty. All of the staff are friendly and helpful.

This was a family trip (siblings and spouses) so we had a total of 3 rooms booked and we stayed 5 nights. We loved everything about Gaige house. The staff was so helpful with wonderful recommendations for wineries to visit and places to eat. The evening wine gathering was a wonderful way to meet other guests. Breakfast was just incredible.... We only stayed one night, and will have to stay for an extended period in the future! This was my husband's and I first B&B experience and we just loved it. We arrived late in the evening and missed the wine & cheese reception. Despite this, when we checked in we were given a huge platter of cheese and a... More
