We picked this as a home base for our wine tours around Napa and Sonoma. The setting was so relaxing and the staff couldn't be more welcoming. The morning breakfasts were gourmet every day! Always different and so well prepared. The loungers and fire pit on the patio really made us want to stay longer. Good for reading a book... More

We stayed at Olea as part of the last leg of our road trip through California. We got there looking for something relaxing and that's exactly what we got! The rooms are spacious, very clean and fancy (heated bathroom floors). The grounds are simply gorgeous, with lights hanging from the surrounding trees, ready for a nice evening by the fire... More

We came for two nights. First day went to the St Francis Winery food and wine matching brunch, (stellar), came back and lolled on the patio on comfy lounges with complimentary wine, and contemplated beautiful tree branches. Second day went to Sunshine Market in the morning and picked up a yummy assortment for picnic. Had the greatest massages in the... More

Spent the weekend there on a wine tasting trip. The hotel is owned by a 30s something couple who retired from Silicon Valley to raise their kids in the wine country. It was quite apparent that this place is a "lifestyle" passion for the owners as they have spared no expense to make this turn-of-century compound into a "Four Seasons"... More

My husband and I stayed here in February and had the most amazing time. We stayed in one of the cottages and it was perfection. Nice fireplace, tall ceilings, and large bathtub- I highly recommend it! The included breakfast was really nice in the morning too. You can tell the owner really wants it to be gourmet. The effort was... More

We loved our 2 night stay at the Olea. We stayed in room number 7, which is quite spacious and had a very comfortable bed and nice TV. The bathroom is very modern and quite nice. Loved the heated floors! The view from the room was beautiful. Some people mention the street noise as a problem. You can hear cars... More
