We rented out the entire Olea Hotel for our wedding at Atwood Ranch. It was a perfect extension of our wedding day allowing us to stay with our family and close friends just a few minutes from the venue. We were able to use Olea's amazing patio under the beautiful oak trees for both a welcome reception and a morning... More

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Olea Hotel for the first part of our honeymoon and we can't stop raving about it to our friends and family. Everything was perfect - clean, updated, gorgeous and everything the website says it will be. The staff was amazing - Kent and Julie brightened our day every morning... More

My husband and I stayed here for two nights while exploring Sonoma valley wine country. The atmosphere was peaceful, quiet, relaxing, everything you want for a couples getaway! The staff was so friendly and helpful. I have to mention the comfortable beds and amazing breakfast. Def a must stay in Sonoma!

This is a hidden gem in the Sonoma area! You must go. It's in a small town (Glen Ellen) and if you go, you must eat at Glen Ellen Star (super cute, hip local place!). My husband and I stayed only one night Sunday-Monday recently in August and we absolutely loved the hotel. First, it is small...only about a dozen... More

Beautifully imagined and executed, this gem of a hotel is noteworthy for its attention to detail in both its service and surroundings. In the lexicon of hospitality, operators sometimes keep track of their guests' "intent to return" and "intent to recommend". I will gladly do both.

My husband and I recently stayed four nights at the Olea Hotel. I wish we could have stayed longer. From the moment we arrived until the time we left everything was perfect. Gretchen and Julie were so welcoming and helpful with providing recommendations and making reservations for restaurants and interesting places to see. The hotel grounds and rooms were clean... More

Excellent service and attention to detail rarely seen. Little cottage (room#10) offered lots of privacy and quiet. We had a wonderful stay with fantastic breakfast every morning. We did not want to leave! We will definitely return on our next trip to the area.

What a friendly and welcoming Hotel. We thought this was a perfect combination of the privacy of a hotel and the personal attention of a B&B! As we were driving from Napa, we called to schedule a couples message for the following morning and recommendations for dinner that night; Gretchen was extremely helpful and accommodating. We were in CA for... More

My wife and I recently stayed here and absolutely loved it. Gretchen and Julie were so friendly and accommodating - you could tell they sincerely cared that every detail of our stay was perfect. We stayed in room #8, a "Hillside King" room on the back corner of the building - very comfortable and inviting, and very private. We had... More

We came to wine country for a wedding and stayed at the Olea as it was one of the only places in town. And it was AMAZING! It is small with 12 units and an amazing, peaceful grounds. Our room was top notch with a comfy bed and newly remodeled interior. The breakfast (included) was delicious and a highlight of... More
