Overall good hotel. The rooms were clean, sufficient, beds were comfortable. it was an excellent value with the awaken package, which breakfast is included for up to 2 adults. The Hyatt OC was perfect for our purposes - two adults with no kids staying near Disneyland for 3 nights. Stayed here for 3 nights during a conference. Was able to take teenage daughter with me and we both thought the customer service was excellent. Everyone between the front desk and housekeeping was courteous, prompt to answer questions and seemed like they really did enjoy their jobs. This hotel has nice and clean room, and excellent room service. However, the parking service employee is so rude, once they find out your don't need their valet parking service. They will not even answer your question. more
