Just got back from a business trip to Fresno. The staff at the hotel was excellent and very efficient. Check in and out was a breeze, room was clean and comfortable with great pillows and wireless internet. Great breakfast. Property was older but well kept. Will stay again.

I stayed at the Four Points while on a business training trip set up by one of our vendors. Our vendor selected the hotel, and I was very pleased with the choice. The Four Points is made up of a series of 2-story buildings that surround a beautiful pool area with hot tub. Each building and the pool area are... More

My boys and I have stayed at the Sheraton many times for mini-vacations (just to get away from it all). SInce I live in the city I know where to stay and where not to, especially because certain areas can be dangerous. This hotel is quiet, safe, and has everything anyone would want (except an elevator, but it is only... More

We have stayed every weekend this summer with one exception. The rooms are big and usually clean, but they are old. Beds are not very comfy. Has very thin walls and very easy to hear neighbors as well as hallway traffic. Have had some problems with very lout guests staying, noise level out of control, security was a joke. A... More

A very nice quiet hotel, quite large rooms with all facilities one would require. Although we didn't use it the pool looked very inviting. Found the restaurant to bo very good, with a good food and wine menu at good prices. Free use of the internet in the lobby, although only one terminal.

I was forced to stay in Fresno for business, and had stayed in a Holiday Inn Express previously that I was not happy with. I was very pleasantly surprised with the Sheraton. The staff were efficient and friendly and accomodated my room request without question. The room was clean and well appointed with a leather recliner and a small sofa,... More

The hotel does look at little older from the outside, but the rooms are nice in the inside. The beds were comfortable and the room was large enough for my family of 4. The pool area is very nice, but the pool was not heated and the water was rather cold in early April. There's a shopping center across the... More

We arrived at the Four Points about 2:30 on friday afternoon. Our check-in experience was pleasant, the staff was courteous and helpful. The only hitch was we requested a ground floor room, and were consequently given a 3rd floor room. I simply explained that my husband has a disability that keeps him from walking a lot, especially upstairs, and we... More

I visit the Central Valley/Fresno area about two times a year. That being said, I've stayed in my fair share of their hotels. Some are newer, most are older. Some are kept in good shape, some are kept together with masking tape. Some make up for any downfalls with good customer service, while others seem to chuckle once they have... More

A three night stay recently was surprise. The property is clean, staying in the preferred Starwood members area was quiet, and the front desk pleasant. Beds were not "heavenly" but certainly a higher quality than than the usual business/interstate motel variety. It was clean, minutes from resturants, shopping, etc. I would stay again, if business brought me back to Fresno.
