The hotel does look at little older from the outside, but the rooms are nice in the inside. The beds were comfortable and the room was large enough for my family of 4. The pool area is very nice, but the pool was not heated and the water was rather cold in early April. There's a shopping center across the... More

We arrived at the Four Points about 2:30 on friday afternoon. Our check-in experience was pleasant, the staff was courteous and helpful. The only hitch was we requested a ground floor room, and were consequently given a 3rd floor room. I simply explained that my husband has a disability that keeps him from walking a lot, especially upstairs, and we... More

I visit the Central Valley/Fresno area about two times a year. That being said, I've stayed in my fair share of their hotels. Some are newer, most are older. Some are kept in good shape, some are kept together with masking tape. Some make up for any downfalls with good customer service, while others seem to chuckle once they have... More

A three night stay recently was surprise. The property is clean, staying in the preferred Starwood members area was quiet, and the front desk pleasant. Beds were not "heavenly" but certainly a higher quality than than the usual business/interstate motel variety. It was clean, minutes from resturants, shopping, etc. I would stay again, if business brought me back to Fresno.

My idea of ‘Above Average’ may be much different from most willing to settle for an inexpensive room… However, as a business traveler, I look for cleanliness, bed comfort, fast internet, and conveniences like a refrigerator and microwave. A view is always the cherry on top of my rapid rewards. Okay – Four Points by Sheraton Fresno I would have... More

Wasn't sure what to expect after reading the reviews but, it was the only hotel not booked on the nights we needed. That didn't make me feel good either. However, from the outside, the hotel is older looking. When we checked in and walked into the hallway to our room there were cobbwebbs all over the light fixtures. Our room... More

Our daughter and her family live in Fresno and the Four Points Sheraton is just a mile from her house which was perfect for us. When we weren't at their house, they were visiting us at the hotel. We would spend afternoons swimming and then go back to the room which was spacious enough to accommodate the playing of three... More

Best hotel in Fresno by far. I am a frequent traveler to Fresno and this hotel is truly the best that Fresno have to offer (take in context). First off, Jonathan at the front desk is highly professional and courteous. Rooms are recently refurbished and super clean. Spacious and a great deal in this price range; I snagged a rate... More

Recently stayed at the Four Points Fresno while in town to see Madonna. From the previous reviews I read I wasn't quite sure what to expect but was happy to have no problems whatsoever. Property and grounds are very nice and room was spotless. Rooms were larger than average and the beds were very comfortable. I noticed other people mentioned... More

We left the Monterey peninsula(see Lighthouse Lodge,Pacific Grove)for a day in Yosemite(not enough time)and coming off the scenic high of Glacier Point and Yosemite Valley and driving the switchback roads we were beat and needed a comfortable bed.The four points did not let us down. The beds were the highlight of this stay which for a traveler is very important. The room...
