This hotel was just OK, nothing special. We would NOT have stayed here if we knew the area, but we had a function close to this hotel, so we chose this one online. It was clean, comfortable bed, and breakfast, although it wasn't a very good one. One good thing- there is an IHOP next door.

This hotel was comfortable and the manager was great! There was a mistake made on my reservations and the manager was very willing to correct it. My only complaint would be that the office saff needs to be a little more dilligent regarding people being in the pool that are not registered guests of the hotel.

Decent standard hotel, fine for us for a one night stay on the way to San Francisco. The hotel is fairly close to the centre of Fresno, though it was a Sunday evening we arrived and so most things were closed. There is a decent Mexican restaurant next door, and a pool area at the hotel although when I looked... More

We got a good room on the second floor. They have elevator, however then you have to go all around and rooms were numbered in a confusing way. Room was clean with good beds and nice bed linen. Desk, yes! Bathroom was ok. Breakfast was ok. It was an "ok" place to stay but nothing outstanding.

My daughter and I stayed a week for a skate competition in Fresno. The hotel was quiet and clean. BUT the maid service was spotty. On the last day we were there we had no maid service at all but a custom made skate dress and two pairs of earrings vanished from the room when we went out. The door... More

Front line personel are very nice. The Hotel is terrible. It should have been renovated years ago. Rooms are old and dingy I try to avoid this hotel. It's my last resort. Beakfast is a joke. Either serve some decent food or STOP offering it. Go to the La Quinta in Salida their breakfast it's much better

We have stayed at many La Quintas, this was a very average property and in much need of an upgrade. The pool was well used, the breakfast area and lobby needed a facelift. Even if the budget was low, the windows and glass doors could have been cleaned. There was black hair on the tile floor in the bath and... More

2 seconds after walking into our room I noticed how gross the floor was , also there was this weird film on the dresser and the night stand. The garbage cans were disgusting and so were the drapes my sons feet were BLACK after 2 minutes of walking around. Booked last minute needed a place to sleep for the night... More

Stayed here for one night, our room was nice fairly spacious, pool looked nice but didn't use it, breakfast was alright, no eggs or bacon, but waffles toast bagels cereal. Only issue was that customer service is severly lacking, front desk attendants are not at all friendly or helpful. We traveled with 2 friends who had a very bad experience... More

We have been staying in budget hotels for a week and what a difference this is. Nice room with a table, spacious, microwave and fridge no charge. Enough towels without having to ask! 6 pillows, not just 4! Shampoo and nice soap! A pool and continental breakfast. Unfortunately the pool is broken until 8 pm but it is nice. The... More
