Staying at the Water Tree Inn was a pleasure. Friendly staff greeted us when we arrived and the room we found was clean and spacious. We had a room next to the pool. And although many people used it (since it was 100+), we didn't hear any noise from outside. The room was well maintained, clean, cool and came with... More

Whole family (2 parents, 3 teenagers) stayed for 1 night on way to Yosemite in August 2008. Arrived at 10.00pm and left at 7.30am next day. Hotel is basic but clean. Air con works and beds are fine. Had 2 queen beds per room. Breakfast simple but adequate considering the price. Nice and easy to find, just off the motorway... More

Well, I didn't stay here personally but when my family here in Indiana went to go see me get married in Fresno, they stayed here. I went to their hotel and visited! I was in shock and awe when I seen how Great these rooms were and the Price for the State! I liked it so much that I am... More

We were a party of four who stayed at the America's Best Value Inn, (ABVI) Water Tree Inn, Fresno, CA on Saturday and Sunday, June 7/8, 2008 in Rooms 171 & 172. In searching the Internet for a motel/hotel that met our needs at the best value, I came across ABVI. Never having utilized this chain before and not being... More

We checked in late and Frank was very helful. We asked to see the room and was impressed with the recliner lounge chair and space of room. The hotel rooms were spacious with king size beds. Had a nice starter breakfast was which include waffles and variety of other items. We will back next time we visit.

I have stayed at the Water Tree Inn on 3 occasions over the past year and all three times I have been relatively pleased with service and cleanliness. They allowed early check-in, late check-out. Rooms are huge, heating / air con works good. Breakfast is a little to be desired, but what do you expect for free? All in all,... More

I am writing this review because it is 5 a.m. and I cannot sleep because of the strong smell of cigarette smoke, even with the windows open. My nose is running profusely and my eyes are swollen from my allergies. The lobby reeked of cigarette smoke, which I commented on when I first arrived, then I saw warning signs everywhere... More

We booked late into Fresno for the Cross Country CIF (State Meet)and had to scrape the bottom of the barrel since most of Fresno sold out with this and a big game at Fresno State. We were not expecting miracles, but even at $70-80 per night, it was no bargain. The only good thing we have to say is that... More

Modern, clean motel with large bedroom and bathroom area, just a tad characterless. For the sake of driving a little further away from Yosemite than we'd really have liked, we saved quite a bit of money. We'd stay there again as it was good value and had an excellent continental breakfast, which we ate on the patio outside the main... More
