Check in/out was smooth & friendly. Anna made sure we had everything we needed & did it w/ a smile. Room was clean & coffee in room was good. We didn't have time to try the restaurant in the hotel but would have liked too- very convenient. Would go back just because of the great customer service.

We needed a hotel between Sequoia and Yosemite. This was the best one we found. But.... it was a strange building, and the location is not the best. You would probably get robbed if you walked outside. There was nothing to look at outside the window. Free parking is a plus.

We stayed here for one night with a group. The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast had limited choice and when I asked for a tomato, I was told that it costs money! It is a good place to stop on the way to Las Vegas. I certainly didn't notice the noise.

We stayed one night at the hotel and had a great stay. Possibly because it was off season, there were few guests, and the hotel was quiet. We had a good sleep. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and again probably because there were few guests, the shuttle was available to take us wherever we wanted to go. The situation... More

Stayed here last month and have stayed here in the past and this place has seem to have the same problem, it's very loud. You can hear everything that is going on in the lobby from your room everything just echo's and amplifies up. I called the front desk to complain and they brought up free ear plugs so we... More

We apologize for this inconvenience. We will pass along your feedback to our Director of Food and Beverage and look for... More

Attended our usual annual dance convention over Memorial Day weekend. The hotel is super accommodating to the somewhat craziness that goes on during this event. They go out of their way to accommodate guests. The reception desk was very efficient during check in/out and helpful in finding us a satisfactory room.

As always, we had a wonderful time here. The hotel is clean, safe, and quiet. The starbucks coffee shop is inside the lobby, and is open all morning. You can walk to the conference center across the street.

Really nice staff. I was there for a conference recently. I liked it just fine. Very good meeting facilities. Rooms were just fine too. It looks like it was built to be an Embassy Suites, open atrium etc, but the rooms are not suites. Good bed! That counts for lots.
