This was not my first choice of hotels in town but it was available for the night so we rented a room for the night. It is an older style motel with an entrance on one side of the room and a balcony other side of the room and really it is designed for you to stay there several days... More

Very nice - large rooms - table and chairs. "Expanded" breakfast is just coffee, muffins and yogurt but o.k. at the price. Quiet in the back rooms but we were here in really off season. Clean but could use a bit of vacuuming in the corners.

I arrived in town in the late afternoon, saw this place and decided to stay. The ladies at the desk were so welcoming, and I instantly felt like I was in a home visiting a friend. The room was clean and very comfortable. I was able to do laundry, walk to a restaurant for dinner, and enjoy free WiFi as... More

Bed was ok, room was clean and spacious. Did not like the interconnecting room with a strangers room. No dead bolt or secondary locks on main door. Property seems run down and needs some maintenance. Hotel seems to caters to dogs, lots of dogs. Lobby was very cluttered with stuff and uninviting. It was an ok place, but with all... More

Written: Date: November 29, 2014 This fall, in September (2014) , my husband and I did a 33rd year Anniversary ROAD trip throughout Northern California. We lived and grew up in the San Francisco Bay area. Many of our friends are from high school, college or old neighbors or co-workers from companies that we worked with the past 40 years.... More

We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of October ... me, my 2 adult children and my 6 mo old grandson. Stayed in 1 room with 2 queen beds for about $85 a night. Very clean and comfortable and the mini fridge, microwave and free wifi were definitely a plus! Decor was a little old school but that... More

Once again this is coastal lodging in Northern California. I was not to sure what to expect but I was remarkably surprised. The room is very large and comfortable. Bed and Pillows were very good. The room was very clean including the bedding and the bathroom. The towels were nicely displayed and very nice. We had a flat screen TV... More

We were end route from San Francisco to Eureka and needed a place to rest our heads for the night, so I had booked this online prior to our trip. It was nothing special, but comfortable and clean, and we slept well in the bed. One drawback was having to lug our heavy suitcases up the narrow outdoor stair and... More

We spent the night on our way down south and didn't look for many places. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself could use updating and there were many families. The walls are thin so we could hear all kinds of noise. Not a bad value for families traveling with kids

We had an upper floor room here for our one night stay. We even had a partial sea view! Very friendly and accomodating staff. Extremely clean room. A little traffic noise, but really couldn't seriously fault the place. Would stay here again without question.
