This was my first stay at the Best Western Vista Manor and it won't be my last. I checked other hotels nearby for price comparison and was a bit shocked at the nightly rates. This hotel is a little older but well kept with a nightly rate at almost half of what nearby hotels were going for. My room was... More

We make a trip to the Botanical Garden in Fort Bragg at least once a year and stay here. Rooms are always clean, beds comfortable, staff always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a little light but there are lots of places to within blocks. It is close to everything (Glass Beach, Skunk Railroad, Botanical Gardens, hiking trails).

Very convenient location and has a great view. However the rooms show age and soil buildup. Open the window and enjoy the fresh air as the room smells like body Oder . Some of the plugs in the room are not functioning. This property has great potential with an upgrade. This is on my no stay list.

Not up to my anticipation. Average, older ,refurbished room with ocean view over the highway. Weekdays expect road noise from truck traffic. At least there was a double pane window. The location is close to most attractions, especially the Skunk Train, our reason for going to Fort Bragg. The staff were helpful, the breakfast, marginal. Went to Denny's the next... More

Do not be fooled by the outward appearance. The rooms are very nice (for this price point) and have recently been remodeled. Minutes to the beach and Pudding Creek bridge, very hospitable hosts, rooms are very nice and tidy. Son loved the waffle maker! My only gripe was that the mattress in our room needed an upgrade! By the third... More

Very nice place to stay. Had a view of the ocean! Enjoyed having a "private" patio to sit and watch the sunset. However not many places to eat and not much to see in Fort Bragg other than the Pacific Ocean.

We flew to Seattle and drove the entire West Coast. My first choice is always Best Western for overall amenities, full breakfast, and location to all the things you want to do along the way. Staff is usually superb and knowledgeable of the area and helpful with additional transportation needs, printing boarding passes, or providing regular coffee instead of decaf... More

Ocean view - sea and beach on your doorstep. Clean, tidy, and simple. Continental breakfast is bigger than expected but you might want to change it up after several days. Plenty of parking. Rooms beside road but not busy and ocean is loud and clear - much more soothing! Good walking along coastline.

We had a nice stay at this hotel and loved the location. It's at the north end of Fort Bragg, with a beautiful view of the beach and an inlet. There is a trail that goes under the highway, providing safe and easy access to get over to the beach and sand. The room was very clean and comfortable. Would... More

We had an ocean view from our room that was very nice. I enjoyed being able to open my sliding glass door and sit outside in the cool coastal breeze. My kids were very excited to swim in the indoor pool but it was pretty cold for a heated pool. The staff was nice and the room was clean. The... More
