Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet and clean rooms. Beautiful grounds. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which was welcome after a long day of driving. Enjoyed our stay with them and if in the area would definitely stay again. more

My husband, myself and daughter and 2 dogs stayed there for a soccer tournament and the prices were very reasonable. The outside is very pretty with the landscaping and the gazebo was very nice. The staff was helpful in finding us restaurants where we could eat with the dogs. Coffee was great in the morning, but the bagels were stale.... more

Classic Motel at the south end of town. Excellent rates for very clean reliable rooms. the owners are very friendly and have put a lot of effort into central gardens and communal BBQ areas. Way beyond what you'd expect. more

We called from another motel, in which were getting a refund from, and they gave us a room right away at a discounted price, more than the AAA discount. It was very clean, sweet smelling, beautiful grounds and nice looking lobby. My only complaint is that there did not seem to be any air conditioning in the room; only a... more

My husband and I have just returned from a 5-night stay here with our two dogs. The owners/staff were all very courteous and warm. We received a generous discount in this difficult economical time and were even credited (without asking) extra money for one late night's noisy behaviored neighbors' antics! The room has a nice little frig. and microwave...great for... more

Maybe not the fanciest place in town but definitely comfortable and clean. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe. Since I was in town for work, the free wi-fi was also a plus. Though not in the heart of town (though less than 2 miles from it), the Harvest Market just around the corner is a great place... more

This non-chain motel at the southern end of Fort Bragg sounded good on the Mendocino area website. It even looked okay driving into it. The first thing we noticed was the venetian blinds didn't close (there were no drapes). We asked to be moved but there were no other rooms available according to the desk clerk. A handyman came and... more

we stayed in this motel when we were touring northern california. the rooms are well equipped, clean and roomy. the hotel in situated slighly back from the road, but traffic no problem. the landscape gardens are a pleasure to sit in and relax. we would stay there again if in the area. well recommended more
