I found this to be one of the better Holiday Inn Express hotels I've stayed in (of about 30). The location was really great. It was very near to central Fort Bragg, but just far enough away to be quiet. The hotel is situated so that the back and sides face tree-covered hills. One side faces the ocean and affords... More

HIE beds can't be beat. The room was very comfortable and clean. The room-darkening curtain was ripped in several places and there were a few bugs inside it- however the rest of the room (and hotel) was spotless. We paid for a river view room- not sure what the view was supposed to be as we saw no river out... More

My husband and I had just spent three days at an inn in Little River and wanted to extend our Mendocino County vacation another day. Being IHG loyal members we were happy to find this hotel in Fort Bragg. We arrived slightly earlier than check in time and were happily given our room. We had chosen a "view" room anticipating... Fort Bragg is very close to the quaint town of Mendocino. The holiday inn is very woodsy and backs up to a preserve. Our room 318 had a private lanai and we enjoyed our wine and the sunset! Service was good hotel has an exercise room and complimentary breakfast

This is a typical Holiday Inn Express... consistently clean, well maintained, rooms that work well for business or leisure travel. The hot n cold breakfast is typical HIE fare. The view of the harbor is very nice... quiet and peaceful. The value is good in off season, and average during tourist season for this area (i.e., expensive). The people are... More

Stayed here for a few nights when visiting the NorCal Coast - great location, central to everything we wanted to see. Nice to have a hot breakfast, with pancakes and a different selection of eggs each morning we were there. Very friendly front desk staff, comfortable beds, quite.

We stayed here for one night. We were given a room that is accessed directly from the parking. It's long walk from the front desk and there are stairs to claim. With the luggage, this is not easy and I wish the staff have told us to go to the room directly from the parking. This is not very good... More

The Fort Bragg Holiday Inn Express is not on the beach, but who cares? You can always hop into your car and go the beach and watch the waves. The hotel is on Highway 20, about a half mile from Highway 1, and maybe a mile or two from downtown Fort Bragg. The hotel is fairly new, with moderately spacious... More

Stayed here the weekend before Christmas with family. I generally have good experience with Holiday Inn hotels but this one was not up to the mark. Would give it 2 1/2 stars if there was enough resolution. I am a member of their Priority club and the last place we stayed, we were greeted cordially, given a couple of complements,... More

I booked 2 rooms for one night and found the staff very friendly. We were well informed of the surrounding areas at Ft. Bragg's attractions and best area to eat. The rooms are old but comfortable, we may have stayed at the older of the two buildings. The other building has the indoor pool. Not a bad place to stay.
