We loved our cottage. Our dog loved his "off leash" runs along the sand in the private cove below our cottage. We truly felt welcome. The cottages are in a totally private residential area so secluded and quiet, but close to Fort Bragg shops and restaurants. The Botanical Garden is definitely worth a visit--great trails, dogs on leash are welcome,... more

Dog friendly cottages overlooking the ocean with access to a private cove. Their website shows pictures and gives an honest description. There are many ocean state parks in this area, but dogs must be on a leash in the state parks. We had our own "private" cove and our dog loved running on the sand. We stayed at the Delamere cottages over 4th July weekend. We have two large dogs so are always on the lookout for good places to stay that appreciate (versus tolerate) dogs. This is such a place.
