If you are considering renting this place, be sure to get an estimate in writing before you ask for a contract. Inquire about minimum prices and ask explicitly how much each item will cost. They will nickel and dime you all the way through. There are prettier places to rent in the Gold Country. Pass this one by!!!! more

After dealing with the management (for a wedding), I seriously have to warn you about these guys. They are not trust worthy or keep to their word.
