Hotel (Colmar Tropicale) Rate: from RM 400++ per room/night Room: Deluxe 1 bedroom Suite (kitchenette, living room, bedroom, dining hall, bathroom,) Room was nice decorated. Very spacious for 2 person. But room was not sound proof. Can hear the sound of people walking and stage performance outside. Food: Breakfast was good but less variety! But when peak season, the area is... More

We booked into a family room. There are 2 separate bedrooms, one on the main floor and another was up at the attic. Room is comfortable. The most confortable bed mattress i have slept in any hotels. There are 2 king size beds, so it is enough for the 7 of us (2 adults, 4 small size childres and 1... More

The hotel is old and not well-maintained, but it is still clean and spacious. Most of the staff are friendly and accommodating. The food in the pizza/pasta place we went to was really bland. There are also limited pastries in the bakery. The one place that we really enjoyed was the spa - La Lavande. The service is really amazing.... More

An ideal place to unwind for a day or two. Very clean surrounding and impressing architecture. Design is a nice background to take pics. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Nothing much to see except the Japanese village and the entire lush green scenery. It was a good experience staying here for 2 days.

Stayed at the resort one bedroom suite for US$ 63.00/night with breakfast bi-annually for the past 6 years. It was a beautiful place when I first visited it somewhere in 2009 but as time goes by, nothing much changed apart from constant closure of restaurant around it, exorbitant entrance fees before you stepped into the resort (for visitors & guest)... I loved the view, loved the design, architecture, surroundings, but that about it. The hotel doesn't give me enough reason to comeback. The room is spacious, but not well maintained, our AirCond was leaking, and I can see traces of water on the wood panel floor. Make sure you carry cash, there are no atm and no outside premises for... More

My husband and I checked into Colmar Tropicale on a Thursday night and left the place on Saturday. Overall, the location of the whole resort is pleasant. We were placed in a King-sized bedroom with a balcony facing the forest. The service from the staff was pleasant as well. However, when we entered the room, the room smelled of residual... More

Nothing looks like colmar. Very poor .the restaurants are very expensive. Salad at 22rm and a choucroute 66rm which was simple. Very disappointed. It is quite crowdy during the week end. Maybe interesting for local people but boring for western.
