We had a very nice experience the second time we went. The first time was during a holiday weekend and there were too many people as the area is open to the public. The second time was a very relaxing experience with friendly staff to assist us. The grounds are very nice to walk around with very unique features such... More

Visually Colmar Tropicale is a beautiful place. Set amidst lush green hills like a majestic castle it is exciting for children and adults alike. It is visually pleasant in the way they have tried to replicate France. ..the cobbled streets, the wishing well, coloured window shutters. We stayed in the 2 bed suite. I felt that there was alot of empty space... More

The buildings are beautiful and romantic place for couple and also family. Need to pay an entrance fee RM13.00. We like & enjoyed the Japanese Garden. If you guy need to visit Colmar Tropicale not to spend expensive food and drink please bring your own.

Costs RM13 per adult to get in. Takes about an hour drive from KL city. Ample parking, which fortunately you don't have to pay again. Nothing much to do and the weather isn't as cold as you get in Genting Highlands. Japanese Tea Garden was quite a hike, was okay, not that special. Would think twice before visiting again.

I booked one bedroom suite for the weekends getaway with family. The room price was not cheap compared to the rest of the standard. When I first reached the hotel parking, it gave me a negative impression already. The parking area was not well maintained and dark. The hotel lobby is very simple and decoration is outdated. I have doubt... More

The place is far to reach compared to other places. We had to use our fast sports car to reach with four people.Every point there are are barrier gates. At one gate we finally had to pay an entrance fee ( Rm 13.00) and there was no negotiation, no friendliness with no brochure etc. There are Signages on the road but can be... I first known about this place through internet search and I've immediately fell in love at the first sight! I had the chance to stay there for a night and it was the greatest experience I had among my other local journeys. The air is so fresh and clean. The resort itself is sooo sceneric and perfect for photographic hobbies.... More

Very sastified with the hotel. Staffs were very friendly n gave good customer service. Booked with Agoda. Breakfast was nice. Hotel room was spacious and great for kids to roam around. The best thing is the comfy King size bed enough for 2 adult n toddler. Just one not real good for toddler that the tiles in the bathroom when... More

This is a hotel of huge contrasts. Coming from France the atmosphere was very strange to start with. The overall feeling is of a rather on cared for hotel. The corridor areas were very shabby and in some cases dirty. Yet the staff were wonderfully friendly and very helpful. Our family room was huge and very pleasant but the bathroom... More
