First of all, I feel that hotel guests should be exempted from paying the entrance fee to the hotel. The charges are a bit stiff especially when there is nothing much that you can do around Colmar. Check in itself was a nightmare. Even at 3pm, there was already a long queue. I only managed to get my Superior Twin... More

December is a holiday season. I am just same like others, planned for a holiday for my little son. This year we had our short trip here, Colmar Tropicale, Bukit Tinggi. We categorized this is the worst hotel been stayed so far. 1. The toilet was so dirty and not sure why the floor always wet, we wondered where the... More

Came here more than 5 times the last 10 years, no changes, nothing interesting. The only nice thing is the main entrance, with a French-style setting. The entrance fees too high. We strongly propose the management reduce the fees to RM5 per pax, make more interesting n exciting events to attract both local n foreign tourists. This time I came... More

Just checked in on last tues 09/12/2014 @ Colmar, superior room, Room 1105. Reached at 3.30pm, and proceed to lobby. Lift was a bit run down. Weather was hot, as we were expecting some cool wind. Was informed by front desk, no rooms available bcause, still cleaning. A lot of guest checked out late. He informed me, that room will... More

Revisited Colamar for birding for 2N/3D a few days ago. Check in was a breeze with the assistance of Leo Amante who sorted out our room and entry into the Japanese Garden for birding early mornings. He was always at hand to assist both of us (wife and self). He called us a couple of times to check on our needs.... More

went there for business meeting. stayed over the weekend for 3 days 2 nights. around 1 hour drive from Kuala Lumpur. quite packed on weekend. the hotel service was so-so. however the buffet food served considered as good. the suite is quite big, you can even bring a group of football in one suite!

My family (4 kids, wifey and helper) went there during the June school holidays. As advised by the helpful Tripadvisor reviewers here, we only stayed there for one night, although I must say I love the whole French village concept and cool weather. The drive up to Bukit Tinggi was slow and winding due to the steep mountainous terrain. When... More

We stayed in Colmar resort.. Very near from kl. just 45 minute drive. The place is nice relaxing see the greens, the sky and mist. But there is no ATM there. Be prepared for cash.. I suggest for those who works in kl just have a short break here and u will love it. Near, rate is economical, plenty of food... More

went there for a business conference, and when driving up I noticed that the buildings gave you the feeling of driving to an exotic location. Then "reality" set it - tons of tourists and an nice buildings, but the rooms were base, to say the least. Was assigned to the Fuschia block and the room was small and very basic.... More
