We stayed in Colmar resort.. Very near from kl. just 45 minute drive. The place is nice relaxing see the greens, the sky and mist. But there is no ATM there. Be prepared for cash.. I suggest for those who works in kl just have a short break here and u will love it. Near, rate is economical, plenty of food... More

went there for a business conference, and when driving up I noticed that the buildings gave you the feeling of driving to an exotic location. Then "reality" set it - tons of tourists and an nice buildings, but the rooms were base, to say the least. Was assigned to the Fuschia block and the room was small and very basic.... More

booked d 2-bedroom apartment through d hotel's website.it was easy and convenient. this place is not too far from the city, around 45 minutes -1 hour drive. there is another hotel which situated next to colmar tropicale, named 'D chateau', built like a castle. and d colmar tropicale is designed like a french village which i think is very nice! this... The location was fine away from the town center and on the hilltop. Nice place for relaxation and the rooms have very good scenery. Best opportunity for naturalist as well as urbanites to enjoy the cool weather while embracing nature. Several types of accomodation at your choices provide with restaurant, indoor games, outdoor activities and live entertainment. FYI....this was my... More

I had been here 3 times already. Frequent enough to write a fair review. If you'd like to come here, choose weekends or during school hols, or the place will be like a dead town. Book early (months ahead) if you'd like to get good rate. This time (Nov 2014), we paid all-in abt RM550 for a family room (consisting... More

The resort's unique setup was the main reason that attracted us and it didn't disappoint, generally. Stayed in a one bedroom suite to give the children some room to run around. The room condition was acceptable, given the price I paid that is. Food at the restaurants is overpriced, just like others' reviews. For a simple meal for two, it'll... More

Went for a day trip, colmar was ok for a short walk and some pictures and thats about it. Japanese village is a waste of time to even step in! doesn't worth the entrance fee. Washrooms are dirty. Nothing much at the animal farm. It's obvious that the Management are not maintaining the the place well. everything just looked old... More

going this place requires an hour ride from Berjaya Times Square. when you arrive here, the true astonishing beauty of nature becomes more conspicuous than anything else. the only thing you desire, is to have more time to rest and sleep in this nature. that was magnificent.

Nice place to go do weekend break.. not as busy as hotels in Genting as it is slightly far from Genting.. need to drive further up to genting.. The place is cold and the set up was nice.. old French colonial.. front desk staff was friendly and helpful upon check in.. Will definitely come back more often.!

Escape KL heat by coming here. The weather here is cooling and there was a nice breeze blowing by. Difference between KL and here is about 10 degree Celsius. Stayed 2D1N and generally everything was great. The hotel hallway smelled musty but thankfully the room didn't. The room was spacious and clean and came with a dining area and kitchenette,... More
