Very sastified with the hotel. Staffs were very friendly n gave good customer service. Booked with Agoda. Breakfast was nice. Hotel room was spacious and great for kids to roam around. The best thing is the comfy King size bed enough for 2 adult n toddler. Just one not real good for toddler that the tiles in the bathroom when... More

This is a hotel of huge contrasts. Coming from France the atmosphere was very strange to start with. The overall feeling is of a rather on cared for hotel. The corridor areas were very shabby and in some cases dirty. Yet the staff were wonderfully friendly and very helpful. Our family room was huge and very pleasant but the bathroom... More

I stayed for a night at colmar tropical. Booked 3 rooms, got the rooms in camelia block. The parking facility was convenient and had a direct access to the lift up to the lobby and even room, just have to walk in the parking (basement) to head to the respective block. The rooms were not of standard size, so some... More

We stayed there for our last night in Malaysia, as it is some 90 minutes from KLIA. And we were not disappointed ! This place is located in Fraser Hills, which is only 1 hour drive from KL. you are 1000 m above sea level, so it is slightly chiller. The hotel claims that its architecture is based on the... More

Stayed in a family suite, which had large living area, kitchenette, with adjoining bedroom. Had lovely views from our balcony, fantastic to leave door open, look out and have a cuppa at the dining table. Our small kids, completely enjoyed themselves, the swans, the rabbit/deer park, the horse riding, all were completely enjoyable. Bfast buffet is decent and the surrounding... More

Surrounding looks old but clean, peaceful and surrounded with nice scenery. Front desk are very helpful. Staff in the F&B outlets are not trained, very disappointed with their services. Worst customer service we met in hospitality, they do not practise simple courtesy to greet guest in the morning. Breakfast was ok but Ani the staff is very rude. Dinner in some... More

Berjaya Hills is less than one hour from KL and a great place to visit to getaway from the heat and pollution. We stayed just one night at this hotel and were not disappointed. The room was dated but clean and had a good view of the surrounding hills. Unlike a lot of Malaysia, the surrounds were kept well maintained... More

The place is great. I especially love the French Village, it really gives you that 'French' vibe. Anyway, I took the tour package which costed RM60/pax. It will pick you up at BTS Hotel and send you to the place and take you back to BTS Hotel. It is not worth it at all and the tour schedule is limited... More
