Stayed at 4 rooms duplex, nice view & relaxing place. Hotel need to refurbish the furniture, room & toilet. Looks quite old. Anyway it's a nice place for a short trip & near KL. Food expensive, we brought food from KL. Overall attraction seems a bit run down as I have been there for a few times.

This hotel design is superb.. All french themed. Every detail of the building, the restaurant, just looked like we are visiting that country..except the people. Service was not so good.. Especially at the pizza restaurant.. Some of the waiter was unpolite. But food is okay. Check in time was so long because of long queue. But overall worth yo visit..... More

Went there with my darling as a short holiday getaway.. We used Waze to guide us there from Jerantut. It took us a long way passing by some farms which tingle our human sense that we are lost. Simple tip.,no the east coast highway, just exit at bukit tinggi. A short distance of curvy roads and you shall reach. The... More

The place is beautiful. The hotel sucks big time. Taking a bath I was actually afraid the showerhead may actually fall on my head and knock me unconscious. The sink was filthy. Corridors smelled musky. It had molds on the ceiling. Close down the hotel and rebuild it. Beautiful architecture and location. There was no negative button. I would pressed have... More

Other people were also told the same thing and there were crowd with all their luggage at the lobby area. One person next to me at the registration counter... More

First of all, I feel that hotel guests should be exempted from paying the entrance fee to the hotel. The charges are a bit stiff especially when there is nothing much that you can do around Colmar. Check in itself was a nightmare. Even at 3pm, there was already a long queue. I only managed to get my Superior Twin... More
