Hotel facilities very much limited. No public wifi and common toilets hygiene need improvement. Hotel room condition is not up to expectation, musky smell inside. I was impressed with hotel food. Had dinner and breakfast and food was good. Still prefer the nextdoor hotel, The Chateu.

The weather is moderate, nor cold, hot. Walk through the main entrance, feels good. The main walk way few restaurant along the side way. Looks high class. Anyway, just stay for awhile, took some pictures. Feels nothing special and return.

Unlike Sabah, my home state, peninsular Malaysia is lack of virgin, unpolluted rainforest and breathtaking mountains. What you lack in natural wonders, you make up with beautiful, unique resorts like this. Beautiful, very unique, it feels like I'm walking into a European village, but it's disappointing that the price is expensive. My friend have to warn us in advance that... More

Imagine u are walking in a medieval french castle with the same building structures. Has an amazing view in the night When we arrived , there was a decent dance show in the castle by 3 girls an 3 boys that was entertaining

We came with high expectation that the place was going to be lovely and cold. From the website, the French village looked stunning but upon arrival, we were thrown off by all the chinese lanterns. (Obviously doesn't look like a French village now does it?) The place is not well maintained. Overall, not a recommended destination if you expect to... More

It was indeed very far but the location was lovely. I just wish it was not raining when we went there. We should have produced lovely photos if not for the rain. Travelled 2013 with husband and friends

Spend 2 nights at Colmar Tropicale a France term village. It's about 45min from Kuala Lumpur. It is about 10Km from the Karak Highway to arrive the hotel. It is a 4 star hotel but for me is not up to the standard. Check in a bit slow. I got the room at the very far end. If you have... More

We booked 1 bedroom suite. As soon we entered the room. The pictures will fooled you. The room & furnitures look old and ugly, doesnt looks like a suite at all. Not complete toiletries. At least we got the mountain view to ease our eyes. The food are terrible and not worth to pay for. Buffet breakfast less choices. Pastry... More
