This over priced hotel has a heart-sinking Eurocamp vibe. Its undersized pool overflows with loud, shrieking continental Europeans because, let's face it, with a drive of over 1.5 hours to Yosemite (unaided by the roadworks on the highway), most people hang out in the resort with little or nothing to do. Although this hotel looks good to the eye we found the food well below average in most of the hotel restaurants and the service very poor including at the bar where there seemed to be dozens of staff mingling about but doing nothing and disappearing on you.
