My wife and I stayed in the 'Carriage House' 8/ 18-21/ '14 and had the pleasure of experiencing the attention to detail the proprietors had put into its planning for making a guests stay the most pleasant possible. Renting the model A Ford to drive into Yosemite is a must! One more 'must' is to have Dave Woodworth teach you... More

Our family recently spent 3 nights at the Tin Lizzie Carriage House, using it as a basecamp for our Yosemite vacation (minutes from Mariposa Grove; around 30 minute drive to the valley as long as you get out early before the traffic builds). What a wonderful place - from the cookies and sparkling lemonade waiting for us on our arrival... More

My husband and I spent a portion of our honeymoon at Tin Lizzy Inn. Proprietors David and Sheran made this a memorable experience. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for romance in Yosemite. Not only was the our morning breakfast mouthwatering...our morning conversation with David was delightful and interesting. There's nothing like this in the Yosemite area, so if... More

This review is not about the Inn but is about the Ford Model A that you can rent from the proprietor. For many the opportunity to rent such a relic would seem frivolous or perhaps even outlandish. Do not decide against the Model A without giving serious consideration. In addition to being a genuinely kind and generous host, David gives... More

We loved this place and highly recommend it! We stayed in the Carriage House for 3 nights in July. We're pretty picky about where we stay, especially if we go with a B&B, and this place was just as advertised and as lovely as the pictures look online. We were visiting Yosemite with friends and enjoyed our time at the... More

We stayed here for two nights and I wish we would have stayed longer. The owners. David and Sherran are lovely and will do anything to make your stay comfortable. We stayed in the cottage which was quaint and had everything you could possibly need. It is in a great location just outside Yosemite national park and within walking distance... More

Stayed at tin lizzy for two nights during July, the b&b is just outside the south west of yosemite park entrance only a few miles. I would have liked to have stayed an extra night to explore yosemite, if I had had the time. Both David and Sheran are very welcoming and will assist with pretty much anything you need... More

We can say enough kind words about this place. Sharon and David could not be more welcoming and hospitable and the Inn is equally adorable. Their passion for their business shines through to every last detail. Accommodations are spacious and comfortable - food is terrific! What more could you ask for. However, no stay is complete without taking out the... More

My husband and I cannot recommend this lovely b and b more highly. Hosts Sharon and David were welcoming and helpful re sightseeing and dining options. Our two story accommodation was super roomy with lounge/tv room downstairs and bedroom up. Bed gloriously comfortable and whole place beautifully decorated and 'superiorly' clean. Breakfast was way too much and delicious, topped off... More

We rented a 1929 Model A Roadster from David and Sheran at the Tin Lizzie Inn. After a brief driving lesson from David, we put the kids in the rumble seat and headed into Yosemite Park. We had so much fun driving all over Yosemite in our Model A. David gave us great tips about where to take pictures with... More
