Quite in our room, clean through out our room. My husband and I had our Valentine retreat here at the Copenhagen Suite. We were close to Ocean, main street and the Casino. Loved our stay and time here.

The accommodations are in a completely separate guest cottage, with a kitchenette and dining table, so we were able to prepare and enjoy family meals. The hotel itself is up a steep hill off the main square, so while it feels very private, it was an easy walk to get to the main part of Ferndale, which is an adorable... More

The Copenhagen Suite was just perfect for my wife and I. No, it's not a B&B, doesn't have room service and you'll have to climb some stairs. It's a very spacious, clean, comfortable small apartment with a great view from the deck. Most of all, it's very quiet and private. Even though the weather was a bit cool and wet,... More

My husband and I stayed at this wonderful place for a week as a home base as we visited the surrounding areas. We loved the detached upstairs cottage with it's private balcony against a beautiful forested backdrop. The property sits on a secluded hill about a block and a half from Main St. with all the shops and restaurants. We... More

Mr Christenssen received us as friends and gave us a suite over the garage. We liked everything, the great library in the sitting room, the decoration, the beautiful cups and plates, the bed, accessories. The setting of the table, the microwave, coffe machine. The location is wonderful, on a hill over a nice little town, Ferndale. Near the highway. Very... More

Just about everything I liked about Ye Olde Danish Inn. The room/apt. that I stayed in was very spacious and homey. I especially loved the ample balconies (2) that looked to the stars at night and to the deer grazing beside the house in the morning. Uffe, the owner, is very personable, attentive and considerate. I stayed five days and... More

Let's step back in time, shall we? And let's travel to a faraway place---a distant land---namely, Denmark. That's the feeling you'll get when you visit Ye Olde Danish Inn, smack dab in the heart of Ferndale. Uffe, our host and a native of Denmark, chose this specific location, wishing to recapture the flavor of his beloved homeland. The township, so... More

My wife and I were looking for a relaxing quiet evening as we traveled north and stayed for one wonderful night. The spacious suit had a deck that looks out from a hill on the edge of town toward the sleepy town. Even in August it ws a coll evening s we had our wine and a dinner on the... More

Perfect place for a couple, or even a family. Warm welcome by our host. Perched on a hill surrounded by fir trees overlooking Ferndale, a five minute walk to the main street and restaurants. Room comfortable, clean, lots of charm. Fridge, microwave, toaster and crockery and cutlery. Very roomy. Nice large bathroom. Will definitely come again.
