This is a great little RV resort. Full hookups, TV, WiFi. If you happen to visit on a holiday weekend or during a holiday, they will probably have an event or several events during the course of your stay. We stayed over Halloween 2015 and they had a contest on who decorated their RV and/or campground the best; they had... More

We just returned from a one-week stay at this well maintained RV campground nestled in the heart of the California Redwoods located in the quaint town of Felton just 6 miles north of the beaches of Santa Cruz, CA. The campground has about 90 full hook-up sites including a variety of pull-through's and back-ins of different sizes. Several sites back... More

Camping amidst the redwoods is an amazing experience. The spaces are a bit close together and our site wasn't even close to level, but it was still a very nice one night stay. Bathrooms were clean and adequate. We would stay here again if in the area. That being said, I am not a fan of their 6-person maximum rule.... More

After two beach location RV parks we moved to Santa Cruz and Redwoods. Set in a lovely wooded location it provided a nice change of scenery and, after curfew, a very quiet night. The washrooms were well maintained and close by. We stayed over the weekend so were able to utilise the breakfast option. $20 for the four of us... More

We will never stay there again nor recommend as long as the manager is working there. Although the resort as a whole is picturesque, conveniently located, clean, safe, fun, family atmosphere, affordable and all you can expect from a class “A” campground/resort, there is always that one “A” hole that can ruin the visitors experience and the resorts reputation. I... More

The entrance was very nice but after we got in there almost all of the sites are crammed together, and it is over priced for the space you get. We stayed there with our 5th wheel had to park the truck away from the site. If I really needed to stay somewhere I'd go back, but there is other places... More

Thank you for your honest review. As you say, space is limited and there is a very good reason for that. Our park is located in a living and growing redwood grove that is part of a much larger forest. When this park was built, the original owners wanted to preserve as much of that as possible. In fact, conservationists... More

I haven't stayed here before. I'm writing this in complaint of their cancellation fee. There was NO warning about it. We changed our plans immediately after making a reservation here, but were charged $10 for it. I know it's not much but I find that places that pull sneaky little tricks like that are likely to do it in other... More

As the new manager here at the park I would like to reach out and apologize to you for your negative experience with our park. In the RV park industry a $10.00 cancellation fee is quite common. You mentioned in your review that you called to cancel your reservation "immediately after making" it. We as managers are constantly reviewing policies... More

Nice place. We stayed two nights. They have a clubhouse with a pool table and board games for the family to hang out in. Gas grills available for use on a nice deck. Great location about 15 minutes from the beach and a beautiful setting in the Santa Cruz mountains.

We stayed 4 nights in our 43 motorhome and found this to be a perfect spot. It was a good central location to go do 17 mile scenic drive and the Sanat Cruz beach Boardwalk. It is also locate right down the road from the Henry Cowell State Park which had the most amazing hiking. At the end of the... More

Park on your site next to gorgeous redwoods, some sites with views directly onto the San Lorenzo river. It's a small park, quiet, very family friendly, nice clubhouse with electric fireplace, billiards, comfy couches. There are some cool decks looking over the river where you can catch some sunshine during different parts of the day. Don't leave any food out... More
