This hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. It looked like it had not changed since the 1980's. I will say that at least the room did not feel dirty or disgusting it was just old and tired. It is to bad because it does have nice views and is set in a pretty area. I only stayed one... More

We stay this place last weekend during our wine tasting trip. This is a nice resort & has friendly staff but should be remodeled. I understand they are in process of remodeling now but unfortunately our room wasn't done. Overall was okay & the eesort looks pretty. We will be back.

I booked a room through trip adviser which redirects you to Getaroom You don't know this until after you pay The room catagories are wrong The type of room I selected and paid for was not what I got when checking in. You get a email confirnation but it didn't state my bed selection so I had no idea that... More

We had hopes for this spot, rated #1 in area. Lying here awake now, looking at stained sheets and filthy curtains, with a dirty carpet to boot. The crazy part is that, on the room's desk, there is a sign from management, inviting us back when "a long overdue makeover" takes place this year. Seriously??? There must be a clean... More

The surroundings are as good as it gets; majestic hills, lush flora, fruit trees and a highly inviting golf course. Everything else is so third-rate that management had a note in the room asking guests to come back after the 2015 renovations. Well, maybe if you pay as I paid for this trip. Our room, 415, was a relatively long... More

I stayed at this resort mainly because it was very close to where I wanted to visit in the area. I do not play golf, nor did I play golf while at the resort. The room was very clean, very comfortable, roomy, and quiet. I'm sure that part lends itself to the fact that myself and one other guest were... More

Experienced Pala Mesa many times over the years & enjoyed staying there but, its time for accommodations upgrades, Specifically the rooms. Expecting too watch a day of Football in our spacious room..........and the outdated T.V. was the size of a Lap-Top & the screen was so blurry, one could not "read" the scores. Had a wonderful experience dining the day... More

Although the grounds are decent everything is just old, dated and depressing. Our tub was flaking and the carpet was ripped. the room itself is large, but the layout is horrible (who wants a bathroom sink in their living room). I understand they are going to be undergoing a renovation, but seriously....a Motel 6 has better rooms. The pool is... More

I booked my reservation through a site called travelzoo. This place had decent reviews and it looked nice from the pictures so i decided to book it. Great choice too! Stayed here twice over the summer! First time we had a room close to the pool. Nothing was fancy about the room but it was clean and comfortable. And especially... More

I booked a room online and upon arrival the check in guy was as unfriendly as he could be. I paid $182+ so I am not sure why we got the cold shoulder treatment. The hotel room looked like it has been furnished with dumpster dive items and the room smelled so musty and old. The walls are so terribly... More
