this place is horrible. my reservations were lost when I was coming for my anniversary. called several times spoke with front desk, they kept saying they were looking into it but would never called me back with an answer or a resolution. all their excuses are they are newly owned. which is a lie they have been there for a... We arrived a little early and was told by the receptionist that we couldn't get a room because she had no way of knowing which rooms were ready. Trying to oblige us she called by phone to the cleaning crew and was able to get us a room. We went to the room unloaded our luggage and left, returning later... More

Dear Guest, I would like to apologize for your unpleasant stay. I know you were in a rush t check in early and wanted a room at the earliest convenience, So my front desk did their best to accommodate you. I know they did not intentionally put you in a room with missing essential items. I do apologize. We are... More

Well, even after the bad reviews we chose this place last minute because we wanted something close to Legoland and under $100 per night (on a weekday). It was obvious the staff were trying to please, but this property could be so much better. The area is hilly and scenic, even next to the I-5. It seems some renovations are... More

We were torn on staying here because of the mixed reviews found on the internet, but being it was last minute booking for a hotel under $200 per day near Pechanga Casino for a holiday weekend, it was slim pickings. The room was clean, a little noisy because it was next to the main road. Maintenance was poor - our... More

Office smelled like wet dog and coffee maker didn't work well at all. bed was comfy and I slept well. I wouldn't stay here again for 180.00 maybe 75. the other guests were a bit... More

We came to California for a family wedding. They reserved a block of rooms for the people who were traveling at the Quality Inn. On arrival we were pretty skeptical from the outside appearance. There were beds and other furniture stored behind fencing in an alcove under the building directly across from the parking area. It seems as though they... More

Just checked in after unfortunately paying in advance - staff was nice but from there it went down hill -- no free breakfast like most hotels that charge this rate, room is awful -- no telephone (apparently it is not working in this room), missing screens ( safety problem since we are on the upper level -- thank goodness our... At the last minute we were looking for a reasonably priced, clean place to stay not far from the Wild Animal Park. We were very pleased with the Comfort Inn. The price was good, the staff friendly and helpful, and the rooms clean and comfortable. We slept soundly through the night. The location is right off highway #15, but the... More

You get what you pay for, right? For 100 bucks I felt I would give this place a try. The casinos all wanted over $350 a night. What a mistake. Green pool!! To make it worse, the gate to the pool wasn't even locked. it was wide open! A child could have fallen in. The ice machine was broken. it... More

The rooms were dirty. The shower hadn't been cleaned. Other family members stayed and said the same thing, Carpet old, stained and dirty. My white socks were filthy after walking on the carpet. Wallpaper old, peeling and patched. Service in restaurant was terrible. Took 45 minutes just to get a menu. We ended up pouring our own coffee because we... More
