The hotel is an older building, i.e. one creaky elevator. But it's clean and the rooms have been updated with flat screen tv's. Space was a little tight in my 2-double bed room, when I pulled out the rolling desk to use it, the desk chair barely had room to fit without hitting the bed. The area was quiet despite... more

Hotel was easily located, convenient location with restaurant and market near the hotel. The room was clean. We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Staff was excellent. more

As is to be expected, the Courtyard was very comfortable. The staff are friendly. The room was clean and had those wonderful, extra soft king beds that the Courtyards have. Great location if you are visiting the Jelly Belly factory. We used this as a base to head to the Nappa as it was much cheaper than any accommodation in... more

Very comfortable bed, not far from the wineries, 3 miles from the Jelly Belly factory(which I didn't make it to). Computer available off the lobby with free internet, little disappointed that breakfast was not complimentary, there was free coffee though. Front desk staff seemed understaffed, but they were VERY helpful, especially Gail (Gale?). I had a front facing room, so... more

Got the Courtyard through Priceline so the price was right. Upon arrival I asked for a room at the back of the hotel (away from I 80) amd was accomodated with a 5th floor room facing the parking lot. The room was very spacious and looked like it had been recently renovated. Beds were comfortable and everything was cleaned well.... more

The hotel is well located close to Jelly Belly Factory (free tours - my 3 &5yo girls loved), near large shopping center (which has movie theatre), and restaurants. The staff was very very friendly. After reading reviews about freeway noise, we asked to get a room facing the parking lot and it was quite all the time. The facility is... more

I stayed here with my son for two nights for a sporting event. Got a great deal on the price, otherwise would have been disappointed. Now reading the reviews, I see that the hotel used to be a Holiday Inn, which explains a lot. We stay in a lot of Courtyards on our travels, and this was below the Courtyard... more

I have to say from the first day the front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly at me arriving at 12am. I have stayed here last year and what an improvement. I felt home away from home. The staff made sure to have the housekeepers not come early to my room. I woke up pretty late due to late... more

Ended up here because we were delayed in the Bay area and on our way home to Reno. Checked in late, staff very nice, room a little pricy I thought for a "micro-tel" in an "offramp" town, I'm sure we could have done better but weren't exactly in a position to shop or negotiate ($160 / night +/-). However, the... more

This is a nice property, great amenities, clean hotel. The service however is not there. When we arrived there were 2 female desk clerks. Both of them were on the phone. We waited to check-in, no ackowledgement whatsoever. Once they acknowledge us they started to talk amongst themselves, ignoring the fact that we were ready to check-in...That went on for... more
